Charged me for rollover texts, didn't get any credits from them. Then they refused to issue a refund. It's a money scam, skip them
Basically it's a scam, they charge you twice, your texts never reach your audience.

When I click on automatic replies, the app simply shuts down.

This app is basically a scam, the customer service number doesnt work. I paid for 250 credits for 250 messages and it broke down my one message into 27 messages so for $4 I reached about 8 people. Dont know why google would let you spend money through this app, buyer beware!
They reply for weeks.Have bought rollover credits for $30, they still didn't activate them in two days.Not reliable app. They used to charge you through the app, now it's via web, it's a scam. Paid for rollover texts, they don't support such a service anymore, and didn't refund me.SCAM and FRAUD!!!
The app is ok. It has some nice features like scheduled text and auto-reply, however, those features do not work. It crashes when I try to use those options.

When importing from my contact list it gives every single number instead of only the "mobile/cell" labeled ones.
Does this support sender number masking? If we can put any alias against it for the receiver?
Can this Application understand multiple languages?
This app works great everytime I use it except the Google play keeps opening every 2 seconds as it's sending messages. This is very annoying and my phone can not be used as my texts are sending. Hope there is a fix for this.
The app worked great for 4 years. Then when there is a problem with the service they have no clue how to fix it. I paid for 12000 messages and none went through, still no fix and no refund
This app is such a scam they add charges to your account monthly with out telling you and it didn't even work right.

Im the last to ever write a negative review but this app certainly deserves it (don't think I actually ever have). Just trying to prevent others from going through what I went through. HORRIBLE customer service. Two month in a row I've been charged. Total of $40. Not only does the service NOT work anymore, customer service just doesn't respond at all anymore. I use to love this app. And Ive been desperately trying to make it work for me to no avail. Willing to spend a few hundred bucks per month with them and they simply do not care. When they were answering They kept promising new updates and none of the updates fixed the problem. But they sure don't mind charging your credit card. On top of all that, the credits that I've paid for don't even show up in the app. I'd be willing to give them another chance if they simply respond and fix the app. If not, this should come off the play store immediately.

Works well. still has room for improvement. But there's no better bulk send or autosms responder out there. I've tried them all.
Great app, has all the functions that I need it to. (Personalized mass texts with privacy, sends texts on a schedule and has built-merge tags). The app is laggy and crashes a bunch. I wouldn't want to invest further in something that crashes when it's still in free mode
