I am not comprehending the system upgrade procedure and why the conversion is not compatible to 2021. The conversion was definitely overdue due to the fact that the system was so ANTIQUE.... Now people haven't been able to access their accounts on neither of the 2 platforms (Online or mobile), is Ludacris... First of the month and bills are due and we don't have access to anything. I think BD FCU had plenty of time since 2/27 to 3/1 to get this right. Please fix this fast....
Can't log in via app or internet. Called and customer support said they'd 'have a specialist call me within 24 hours'? I had to delete my previous review, from a year ago, about this same problem, to add THIS review. On THAT note...I see many OTHER frustrated account holders, with the same problem, but NOBODY from BDFCU is responding? Bad customer service.... Might be time to consider another bank?
I have needed to pay my utility bills for a few days and haven't been able to because why.... you updated your hardware. And I can't get on either my phone or my laptop! Please get this corrected soon! Very frustrating!
Unable to communicate, please try again later. That's the error message I receive everytime I attempt to log in. I've been unable to check my balance for the past 4 days.
Everything seems to work as expected; however, the colour that is used for debits is hard to read against the dark background. This adjustment will also make this app more ADA compliant.
I try to log in and it keeps telling me unable to communicate. They were supposed to fix this yesterday and it still won't let me log in.
Today is the 4th and still no app. I'm taking my money out and going to another bank. This is unacceptable to say the least and numerous people cant even give me an answer or reason and I cant even get an appt to go inside bank. You say how easy it is to download app, what a joke! Very unsatisfied customer soon to be leaving!!
This app needs to be reimagined. No member to member transfer, no biometric login, and a stale interface.

Haven't been able to log in for a week. I live out of town and can't access anything. There is no communication about what is going on.
I have not been able to sign in. I keep receiving an "error". Please fix this issue.
Can not log in says wrong password answer security questions it says all wrong not happy.
It works. The developer should allow the use of Lass Pass to auto fill the password field.
Continuosly unable to login. 'Error' pops up when requesting data. I'm able to login using the browser, but not the app. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.

Can't login, keeps saying invalid password. Been using same password for 2 years. Called customer service to reset, still doesn't work. Works on browser but not the app. Even uninstalled old app and reinstalled. Still doesn't work.
Had to uninstall and then reinstall to be able to pull up app. Now I can't log on because apparently my unchanged password is invalid. And there is no option for me to change it. Get it together cause I would love to know what I have in my accounts right now.
Worked well to keep an eye on my accounts but now its giving some error message about a handshake.... not letting me sign in
Can't log in since last update. Says loading error during handshake whatever that is. Haven't been able to log in for 2 days now. Really don't want to go bank to using K9 line. Please fix this app and I'll go back to 4 stars

Unable to log in. Keep getting an error message stating, unable to establish handshake. And I have no idea why or how to correct it. I deleted the app and tried it again with the same result. It was working fine.
Tired of getting the error " unable to communicate please try back later". So I deleted the app and reinstalled the app. Still same message. Went to the home screen.. wrong login and password and I know its correct. I can't pay my bill or see my balance. I bet if we all showed up at the bank first thing Monday morning it would get fixed soon.
