Bullet Boy

Not sure why someone got ads while playing this with play pass, I didn't see any ads other than the ones I chose to watch to get a free revive. Perhaps their subscription ran out and they didn't realize? No, then the he wouldn't have been free I'd assume. Interesting. Anyway, for a simple "tap the screen" it's possibly the most fun and challenging I've ever played, which I don't play many of these types anyway but still, this one's fun and goofy and just plain stewpit, give it a "shot"!🤦

Ads. I understand ads, and the need for developmental support. The issue is an ad after single failed attempt, and not a "watch to earn another try" ad, straight up ad after every retry on a level. That in itself would be too many ads for me to want to play. Add to it the fact that I subscribe to google play pass and there shouldn't be any ads AT ALL. I was looking forward to playing. Too many more like this and bye bye play pass...

I like it. It plays smooth on my phone, looks great, has decent challenge. My only gripe is that there seems to be significant aim assist going on in the background that limits the angles you can launch yourself out of spinning barrels, so you can't really perform every trick shot you think you might. If you liked donkey Kong country way back when this will scratch that itch.

Bullet Boy reminds me (a lot) of the gameplay with the barrel stages in Donkey Kong Country... Not kidding! After, a few stages... It (somewhat) becomes repetitive! Nevertheless, it is still fun and I am always returning for more... with the endless mode! Regardless, the only thing bothering me during gameplay is the constant option to view ads to save a life to restart during a stage! 😫

Love this game and how it continues to challenge you as you progress, getting a little more difficult with each level! Easy to become familiar with the controls and the graphics are pretty dope which makes it pretty visually appealing to boot! Definitely a good one to pass the time!! 👍👍

The tornado while necessary could be a bit more forgiving. Having to replay a level 10 times to figure out how to get the statue piece isn't fun. It also feels like the tornado is rubber banding. No matter how fast I go it's right behind me. That's bad design. Let me earn my time to breathe.

Totally addictive!! Challenging timing, love it. Not too many ads. Update: Stopped working at around level 95 unless you exit and restart the game. Too much trouble to continue. Too bad.

It's a cute and fun game for those breaks. I would give 5 but for some reason I am getting dark shaded out trophies in my levels area. Can't really see what I am putting together but I am able to do so. (Samsung galaxy 8 plus) Definitely would say give it a try.

Super solid game. really fun, challenging, easy to pick up. hard to master. Loads of replayability. Fun art style cute designs. Quirky characters. Super fair amount of ads Everything you want in a indie game. Must downloaded don't change a thing.

If you as old as me you'll know where the inspiration of this came from. Donkey Kong on the Snes. They had a few levels like this. Really fun game and nostalgia hits when playing it. Even better with Game Pass as you can unlock everything from the start so no grinding. As for the guy who says hes stuck on level 98, have you tried drill head? Should go through the bat.

The concept is really good and game is quite enjoyable. I played 32 levels but the problem is there are bugs in this games when the storm catches up on you or you are a litle too fast in playing with long press rotating barrels then the game starts to glich and lag, which really makes it difficult to play so em gonna uninstall it right now till you solve these problems..

one of my absolute FAVE games! :) bullet boy is legit the best dang game I've downloaded in a long time.. and definitely 1 of the TWO decent games that I've found featured on Google's 'play pass'. usually i end up just downloading a game... knowing I'll be deleting it within like the 1st 10-15 minutes... but this one has me pleasantly surprised. :) also, i LOVE that if you download with 'play pass', you frfr don't have to hardly pay for ANYTHING! (hell yes...lol.) 5 stars, hands down.

Nice game, but my problem with it is everytime I played finish and came back the next day all my records is gone. I have to start afresh and it is so annoying that all the progress I made to the many levels I accomplished is all gone. I'm even thinking of uninstalling it. I even logged on to Facebook to see if I can keep my records but still not working.

Updating my review because it seems that earlier multiple ads was a bug resolved by reinstalling. But I am not updating rating because now there are ui glitches throughout game. Especially in stage 86 where bullet dies before game start because of glitch where bats fly through the starting cannon. Or sometime when starting cannon is embedded inside a rock.

Addicted immediately... it's really fun and a good time waster. It reminds me of the barrel stages in the Donkey Kong Nintendo 64 games. You start off easy and it gets harder as you go, but it doesn't get old and I'm really picky when it comes to mobile games. Decent graphics and simple game play, perfect for all ages.

I had a rating but I'm editing to LOWER my rating. Gets sort of repetitive when you can get past a board which is really boring. (Tired of the same sequence over and over at the beginning of board. If they added check points it would be much better. )

The game is fun but the concept is a bit repetitive and I lost interest after a while, there was no incentive to continue playing. There is also a big with Play Pass, it allows you to buy unlimited life and Gold (unless the devs wanted it that way, but that really ruins the game).

Awesome game for those times when you only have a few minutes to play. But it's fantastically fun and challenging and sometimes I find myself playing for an hour. The only thing that stopped it from getting 5 stars is the ads. The better you get the less ads you watch. So there is a possibility I change it to 5 stars one day.

Total blast to play. The difficulty curve ramps up pretty quickly and can be challenging but it's fun to continue to try over and over and over again. You can also play as a turkey or a penguin for no reason and no effect on anything other than the appearance.

I don't like most tablet games. They always seem to come up short. This is one of only a few games that have stayed installed on my tablet for a long time. The controls and gameplay are simplistic. But the game is super FUN! It reminds me of when I was a kid and got a Nintendo and Super Mario Bros. That is the vibe I get from this game. The young and fun game vibe. This is one of the few games I recommend to everyone. Bullet Boy is one of the best games in the SHOP!

I'm not one to like many mobile games, but since this was available on Play Pass, I downloaded it, and I love it! It keeps the player engaged and has the perfect amount of challenge, without being too challenging.

A great, if difficult, game. I've played it on and off for several years, it always draws me back. Fantastic visuals, responsive, and entertaining. Frustrating.... Often.

Fantastic game! My only gripe is that I can't figure out how to reset my game so that I can be play from the beginning again and collect the trophies again. That kind of detracts from a part of the replayability. Fantastic game though!

*For context, I have play pass.* That being said, this game is super addicting. It's fits in that perfect spot of super easy to learn, but difficult to master. Plus I get to play as an adorable ragdoll turkey, and who wouldn't want that in their life.

Ads are always annoying but are less often than most. It's starting to require power ups to pass certain levels which costs coin and eventually real money..... However the game is very fun. Just like donkey kong barrel game.
