This is the bulletproof roadmap diet plan. The exact same thing is on the bulletproof website for $8.95... And you get it for free with this app. Upgrading this app is for the recipes (Some recipes are free) and doesn't cost too much. Also, at the brand's website your buying an 11"x17" folding card of the roadmap and no recipes come with it. So this app = awesome. Now I have that giant card on my phone for free and I'm going to upgrade this app for the full list of recipes. Nice app Biohack. Thx
A very extreme and very interesting approach, with many good ideas. Along with keto Clarity and Eat Fat and Get Thin, you will have all the information you need to build a successful weightloss and health building diet. All three books are highly recommended.
So far so good. The only thing is it only shows me the same weekly menu! I paid the subscription...but it will not show other meal plans... Need help with this.
I've lost 30 lbs in 7 weeks. Feel great , my blood pressure is better than ever. My ankles don't swell ! My daily mood is better I'm told by coworkers. I'm 1/4 of the way to my goal and actually think that I can achieve it for the first time in a long , long time. I'm 70 years old doing this for my health and want to feel young again too ! I like this a lot, all the tips are right there in one convenient place. I really want to upgrade though and I can't for the life of me figure out how to do that. I click upgrade to premium and it tells me why i want to do that but has no place to follow through. Help?!?
I like the app and would like to pay for the full version but after I put my email address there is no button to move forward past that.
I mean its ok but theres so much more bulletproof could do for instance you have legit products i buy at whole foods and Amazon that work great yet here you sell me two cookbooks that arent even yours!!
Great app, but how do I buy the premium package? When in the meal plans section, there's a button to upgrade but it doesn't work for me. I have an Android phone.
absolutely fantastic in its approach to eating clean and healthy. Our family has adopted this lifestyle and now we only eat the best of everything, avoid kryptonite foods, most notably grains.

Only 2 meal plan recipes available. If you want Wednesday meal plan you must purchase the premium edition. Uninstalled after 3 minutes.

The diet covers differences between grain- and grass-fed animal products in exquisite detail, as well as differences between the many types of fats and oils that are available for use.

I have spent over an hour on the app and couldn't navigate because of ad pop ups. I spent time going through a meal plan that had nothing to do with the app itself. I saw more meal plans and recipes in the book. I tried to cancel my membership 3 hours after I joined and continue to get a mail demon response that says the email address does not exist. When I click on the website, that does not exist. Thoroughly frustrated with waste of time. I acted too quickly and see free app options.
