Great when it works, very temperamental, one day it works the next it just spins and buffers all day when trying to log in, and I am the Bullhorn superuser for my company
Great when it works. But unfortunately it only works after recently installed. Otherwise when trying to open the app it just spins endlessly and doesn't even take me to the log in page. I always have to uninstall/reinstall if I want to actually use it. Seems like an Android-specific problem because my iPhone user teammates don't have this issue.
I was able to log in on the website easily and do what I needed, after which I tried to install and use the app. I cannot log in on the app at all. The app does not recognize my credentials at all. Absolutely useless if it will not recognize the users. Please, please fix so I don't have to loot in through the alternate website repeatedly...thank you.
Can't sign in. It gets to sign on screen and it tells me my credentials are incorrect. When I do it in my browser instead of the app I can sign in with the exact credentials I used when I tried go sign in via app. I can't even use the app whatsoever ever so I'll just stick to the web browser. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and updating the app, nothing works.
Fast and Sleek. been waiting for an app version 10x faster than the web browser on phone. very happy from the couple of minutes I've just tested with it. Edit: once again.. New update. No longer loads.. Just continuous spinning.
The app used to work fine (S9), now it simply doesn't load. Just white spinning dots indefinitely, cant even load till the login screen. Has been this way for 2 new app updates, so it appears as if any attempted bug fixes simply haven't worked.
It's great when it works, which is not very often. Have had to constantly uninstall and reinstall with the various updates over the last few months. Will stick with the web version going forward
Additional update: I'm back to the never- ending orange loading screen. I assume the Bullhorn team needs to better align their QA with Android updates. Update: My app wasn't working at all with the orange loading screen with the white wheel issue.... but I just re-downloaded it and it's 100% functional now. I'm not sure if this was a Bullhorn, or an Android thing but my issue is now resolved. Shout out to Katherine with BH support reaching out to try and help, which prompted me to re-download.
Takes many attempts to install, log in fails constantly (company enabled mobile), and is overall very clunky. Looks like a lot of people are experiencing these issues. Maybe "mobile" shouldn't have to be company enabled if it's causing so many problems
Very useful for me when on the go and when I need/want to do something quick or make a call to someone I don't have the number for in my phone. Only gripe is that I have to reinstall it after I've used it. It simply won't load up after using it once, just the loading circle showing. Can this be fixed?
Absolute junk app. Barely worked when it did. Not it doesn't work at all.
App won't open 90% of the time. You can only view information, you can't update. The app was barely functional, but after this last update it's completely useless.
Unable to sign in with my credentials. As with the other reviews, the website works just fine, and yes, I am using my personal email, not a company / SSO. I'm sure it's a great app, but unfortunately due to the inability to log in I have no way of knowing. 1 star for this simple issue, and an updated review once this is resolved.
Can't even sign in. Save yourself the time and aggervation of trying to sign into an app that just simple does not work. Horrible design for an app that is supposed to help you track your work hours. 0% effort has gone into this app and it shows.
It sucks 😞 it only works for my tablet, and that sometime but most of the time when I try to login your little dots just go up and down and up and down and up and down loading I never logs in. In short "IT SUCKS!!!".
Still buggy. Very slow to load - actually doesn't load. Just uninstalled and will try reinstalling. Update: Just uninstalled and reinstalled and was able to login. Fingers crossed on the rest of the app.
This app hardly EVER works. Always kicks you off and makes you sign in again...then won't accept your user ID and password. Reset password, still nothing. Worthless app that takes up space. Uninstalled
Have to uninstall/reinstall often because it won't open. Not very user friendly interface, a lot of differences from the web version.
It's a giant waste of time. It wont even let me login to my stuff, even after I've tried multiple times being a careful with the information as possible. I used the same inputs for the browser and it let me on. This app is a joke.
EDIT: the team at Bullhorn has great customer service. They contacted me directly and helped me with a fix so that it now works on my phone! It wont open on my phone. Even after the updates it just shows the loading screen for ever.
Does not load. The dots that indicate the app is loading just keep spinning. The app never passes the loading phase. Pixel 3 XL, Android 10

This used to be an easy to use app but now it just loads forever. Uninstalling/reinstalling/clearing data does nothing to help. I used to use this app all the time and now, unfortunately, I'm back to the mobile web version.
App just spins when opened. I never get to a login screen. Even after updates the app just sits on the orange screen just spinning. I'm a Galaxy Note 10 user if that helps.
No Longer Works on S9. Worked great for a few weeks, but now will not work at all. Just an orange screen with a spinning wheel.
As everyone has been experiencing, the app just loads and cannot get to login. I have seen most of the responses from BH support with just contacting their support team. Just a time suck and frustrating.
how do you not have key things that a recruiter uses in the overview? I don't know i think a candidates company may be a key thing to list in the overview for the app, or their LinkedIn link. There is to much info missing to make this app a useful recruiting tool.
Junk app, doesn't let you sign in with your credentials. In 2019 this app is living in 2005 at best. Unfortunately you have to just use the website, as the app developers are trash.
Not a great app, basically a website configured for your phone. Not a good user experience at all.
The app worked great for a month but suddenly will not load any more. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but that did not fix the issue. I am using an LG G7 Android phone. It always gets hung up on the initial start up screen where the little dots spinning circle. It doesn't get past that. Thank you for that fix. It app works great now!
