Since update 1.5 the login interface is totally UNfriendly - using this app on an Android box causes too much hassle to log in even with the user credentials saved!!!! Poping constantly the android keyboard and entering symbols when using the remote control to navigate down to ENTER button!?!?!?! What is the worse - the old v1.3 doesn't work anymore and is forcing you to Update!!! INSTEAD OF PULLING NERVES - ENABLE 1.3.3 SO WE CAN REST!!! ENOUGH PLAYING WITH PEOPLE'S PATIENCE!!!!
Latest version has awful login screen. Previous one was very easy to use on Android TV. Current login takes more time. You need to confirm each box for email.and password and keyboard appears. Please fix it.
Changing the channels does not work smooth. If you lock your phone and unlock it again the app is crashing and you have to restart the app.
When I log in and try to watch something it kicks me out and says to log in and when I log in the channels do not want to start. It's a continues effect.. please in the next update Repair this issue. I have it for Samsung S20 Ultra and Samsung S8
Version 1.5.4 NOT work. This is a most awful update ever provided! Every time application keep giving error: 205 "wrong password " !!! I checked - username and password are correct one. Advice to your IT department - Aways to check stability before publishing to store. Thats old good practice will avoid Bulsat to loosen customers. Alleluia . After few updates on application finally you did it. Congrats 1.5.7 works fine.
Doesn't work. When I start that app I get a "Грешка 255. There is a new version avaible. Please update." The error message is even misspelled.
It is titally useless with ultrawide display. It is stretched out to the max and half of the picture is gone.
Fix the login and add ability to remove devices from your profile. It makes sense to have a limit to the number of devices, but it makes zero sense that you can't remove old devices.
1.5.7 update very bad. Used to watch without a problem, now imposible to watch, permanent error.
The last few days didn't work properlyon my tablet Lenovo, and today didn't let me log in. It's say wrong password by the way I don't have problem on my laptop. With the new update you have bigger issue, please fix it.
I have valid subscription with all bills paid for months ahead, but app says - no valid subscription! What's the problem?
Cannot login. It constantly gives error 255, new version available and I am with the latest version. Please check the label too as it has the word "available" writen as "avaible"... Do you have QA at all?
