BUMP - Buy & Sell Streetwear

My experience on this app has been amazing, really easy to use and a perfectly layed out design. I had one slight issue with a customer but, a quick message to the support team and a very helpful Catalin replied back to me in minutes and was extremely helpful with sorting everything out right away. Definitely the quickest and best support I have ever received! I will continue to use this as a selling/buying site as it's smooth and hassle free. 👌🏻😊

A great app but several issues keep coming up and becomes rather frustrating. Firstly you cant send certain messages to clients, you have to wait an indescribed amount of time to be able to message them, and vice versa. My offers don't turn up in the offers tab which becomes annoying to filter through what you're buying and what you're selling. My clients suddenly couldnt buy my items because my email was unverified when it was previously and the app wouldnt let me verify it again.

I have bought a few pieces of BUMP will definitely will keep using the app. It's very easy, clean platform to use. Only thing I would suggest is on messages, it is too easy to just swipe to delete. I have mistakenly deleted some messages with some vendors that were important. Customer service, amazing! Would be nice if the chat with staffs also stay in messages and not disappear everytime I log in. Lastly shoutout to ma man Dmytro, helping me out when I had some issues with the delivery.

Its okay in some aspects, but the tax price needs to go down, also give the money off the bat so we dont got to worry about not having money to ship out the item in question other than that its a good app, then you can add more categories it helps with the low key groups of people that have this app like the people who enjoy Cav Empt, and Kapital. The process and the design of the app is fantastic though and the idea about sorting by colors is excellent!

You should upgrade it to be more like iOS version. For the seller it's quite the hassle to boost everything one by one. No mass boost option like on the Android and also on Android when we mistakenly put wrong price and deleted the price it change to free sign and had to delete and redo the ads again. Please fix this

The notifications I get from admin about bump related things are so annoying and there isn't an option to stop receiving them. It's annoying to the point where I feel obligated to write my first review for an app ever. I like the app overall but give me the option to be left the hell alone and shop in peace.

update: please reduce useless notifications (its confusing) other then that it works great! would be nice if it was accessible by a webbrowser to upload in bulk and add high-res pictures. but yeah the new generation even develop website on their phones.... 🤣 nah legit marketplace so far! just make sure to do a transaction IN the app and not outside of bump...

OK! WAIT JUST A FLIPPING sec. First of all, I went to see vendors orders and some say one sale, but have sold 15, fix that. Another huge issue is the verification option being 11.00. 2 things wrong, verification should be free or already done before you purchase, 2nd I have to wait for you guys to have it in hand before I can have it shipped. so I buy, the seller ships its all the way to you guys for you to verify. what? And the shipping is 19.00 are you kidding me. yea, screw your app.

Good app, but I've been "congratulated" on verifying my email 10 times now through notifications on the app as well as email. Fix this issue, as well as maybe include the ability to display multiple categories while using filters

App very easy to navigate and easy to buy but messaging the seller can be a bit of a complication because the DM between me and the seller can just disappear. Still great app. Free shipping is sometimes an option as well.

Poor community (Time wasters/ Scammers galore) and app that barely functions (Having to reopen the app multiple times to see a message i opened from a notification) and the reason that pushed me over the edge is the "Exclusive acess to bump's own cook group", or words to that effect. Massive sham of an app, wouldnt surprise me if the thing grew ads as well soon

Pretty good overall but missing a lot of fearures and i really confusing with the prices. There is a lot of different currencies displaying which makes it hella confusing. Also the sizes are american which is confusing as well

Really great app for buying and selling, as a seller the customer experience has been fantastic for everything I have asked the suport team. I would highly recommend the app for sellers and for buyers as it is easy to navigate and find items that you are looking for.

Brilliant app. would only like to see an option to remove inactive users so I can only see people who have the item available. Other than that, brilliant. Customer support is awesome and quick. Easy to use app.

Little bit confuse when it say on paypal "We're sorry, things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later." because my paypal it's working on different merchant but it has a problem on bump. i try to contact the Paypal CS they say my paypal is not on any error. I assume there is something wrong with the Bump. I try on mobile / PC it's still say the same word even i try with different paypal and credit vard.

trash. found the item I really wanted tried to buy and got nothing but error messages after entering the correct info I use for all my online purchases. support said it was an issue with the buyers account and they would help him. kept trying to buy and kept failing until the item sold to someone else. I've got no use for this app what a waste of time

It was great until the new update. The authentication system is a great idea, but why did you remove the option to message sellers?? Also it might just be my device but the search option does not work and just freezes my entire phone

Terrible, just use depop or grailed. App always sending unwanted notifications to try get you to use it frequently and there are various bugs and problems with app. If u receive a message or post notification it will not take u to the message/post but always to homescreen

High fees and not many options. Sellers are required to pay a market place fee, payment processing fee and cover shipping. Also if someone sends you an offer, you can only accept or reject, there's no way to send counteroffers.

The only problem I had was when I liked a listing and exited the app, once returning to view my liked listings it wasnt there. Same with unliking a listing, I unlike it and it disappears from my liked listings but when returning to liked listings it was still there. I cant like or unlike is what I'm trying to say, please fix this

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. This is one of the worst apps I ever used. I purchased an item 22 days ago and it has not arrived. It states that I should receive my item within 10 working days. Bump's customer service did not respond back to me even though I have made payment and have not received my item. To others out there, do not download this app. Customer service is trash.

The only problem with the website is the password. Once you log out it will said its "invalid" and its "wrong" I test it out on 3 different emails. I lost my main account and you cant reset your password because when it does send you a link, it shows a block website

Why is there not an option to message sellers? There needs to be communication between buyers and sellers. Please learn from all the other streetwear apps. EDIT: I saw a review response which mentioned you removed the ability for buyers/sellers to message eachother because of people trying to scam. Why not just allow people to only message sellers after buying or putting an offer for an item?

Incredible! I tried to sell a proxy for a shoe. The buyer payed immediatly and then asked for a refund. I got worried and refunded him and it said id have to pay twice. Dmytro helped me a lot and solved the issue. Be careful with who you trust but BUMP has your back! Amazing app 100% would recommend.

This is a terrible app & badly thought out proposition, it seems to be almost impossible to sell legitimately through Bump. All of the people who contacted me were so shifty it was almost funny. Uninterested customer service. If I could I'd give it no stars.
