Burbank City FCU Mobile

Very convenient, I can use anywhere at any time. Even in checkout stand line was able to transfer funds and was available by the time I reached the cashier. If your heading out of town you can put an alert on so that the bank is aware you are on a trip and you won't have any issues concerning your funds. Excellent app!

This app is good except for the fact that it doesn't seem to (at least to me) update after the business hours and on weekends. It would be really convenient if it updates at a quicker rate. Otherwise, I'll just use the website (which at least shows what transactions are pending in a reasonable time).

The biometric feature is nearly useless. Three attempts and then a complete settings wipe?! I should not have to log in to the app and once again select the biometric option. This is really embarrassing for them.

It's a decent app, needs work. I just moved over to Gain and the one thing I don't like is that I don't get alerts for transactions. I miss getting notified whenever my card has been used.

Love the app! Does everything I need in a clean, easy to use interface. So much better than the big bank apps. Love that a community institution has a good online presence. Go, Gain, go!!

Seems to work right consistently. Easy to use, user-friendly & pretty straight forward especially compared to the old BCEFCU mobile website.

I'm able to take care of most of my banking through the app. Nothing can replace being open Saturday , but that's not the app's fault. I really appreciate GFCU and the great interest rates.

Great interface. We like the clarity, the organization, and account presentation.

With the new security updates, the site is hard to navigate, not user friendly didn't take into account customers views, they only saw it from their point of view.

It works. Neither intuitive nor fun, but generally functions. Accepts most mobile deposits the first try.

This is the easiest banking app to use compared to my other ones. Very well-organized and put together !

I moved and have been using the app more to access my account and it's great. Finding ATMs or doing whatever else, this app is a good tool.

Its horrible compared to before, before it used to be so easy to see my due dates on my loan and credit card and the amount due however now its buried deep within a few menus causing me to be late

the new app was hard to set up. The old one was great. Why would you change it? Someone has to justify there job: so they mess up a good thing. Who was the moron that let this happen???

Not have to come all the way to Burbank is the best man! I can simply just deposit my check from home and always check my account!! 5 starts hands down

This app is better than most big banks apps. Please don't change/ remove anything!! I actually love this app.

The old Bill pay service was MUCH easier to work in. Please bring it back or at least something better.

Mobile deposit doesnt work. Taking pics of back of the check doesn't work and freezes.

Fairly easy for a senior citizen, although I did have help from the Tec person.

Mobile deposit does not work anymore and it worked fine in the old version.

This is good apps is easy to access and i can see all my transaction.
