Latest update completely broke the app, it doesn't even load anymore. And the update before that made using coupons a painful glitchy experience. You open a QR code, the app lags, suddenly the coupon is gone or marked as used.

Well the new update was disappointing to say the least. The previous layout was really good, easy to navigate and easy to use. The new one is really annoying, when I logged in a lot of the coupons were suddenly gone so I had to log out again to get them back and the system changed so every coupon is now time limited, not just the MYBK ones. The app before this was good. Now it's kind of a drag to use. Please revert the layout, or let me change it to the old one, I'm begging.

The newest visual update made the app very slow and sluggish. Opening, updating, tapping in things takes way too long on a one plus 9 pro.

I'm in Finland but the app sometimes decides to be German instead. The new layout has made me incapable of fixing that :p So I guess I gotta travel to germany to use my coupons

After some updates the qr code stopped showing, its just a blank field when redeeming coupons. Cant use them at all this way.

Trying to do anything in the data collection window that pops up when you open the app is met with a complaint about lack of internet connection, when literally no other app seems to have a problem. I only ever used this app to get coupons that would make BK a very attractive choice for some quick grub, but it seems I won't be visiting anymore as the pricing without the coupons isn't worth it imo.

Works, designed "not in the very best" human engineering. 1. To start with is the LANGUAGE. Language of the application, the emails, and the website. One cannot select the one that suits. 2. Not every activity is included in the app, rather than forcing us to move to a browser and to INSTAGRAM, like it or not (and I don't!! 3. Cannot use the "forgot password" just to get a proper link that it's in German by never change by default... 4,5,6,7.... Very frustrating

Used to have pretty good deals in the Dutch app, but the last few months prices/'deals' have gone up considerably. Pretty disappointing nowadays, and it just means I visit far less often. In the restaurants themselves, they've now also removed the 4 euro King Menus, meaning there's very little reason to consider going to BK these days.

I don't know what is going on with this app, but in its current version, this app alone used 1.45gb of data in a week and continues to be responsible for a 8% battery drain per day even when not running. I advise to delete it as I suspect massive data collection.

One of the worst apps I have ever experienced. It kills my data plan every single month by downloading high resolution images which are several megabytes large each for displaying them on very small screens. What's even worse, it doesn't include current coupon campaigns.

Pretty nice looking app, but it has some strange bugs. For example once the text on the coupons-button disappeared, clearing the app data fixed it. Also updating data (pull to refresh) fails every time.

The worst fast food app. Don't try if you can't make it right. Coupons are valid only on selected places (1/5 in Prague), the app is so hard to use. There's lot of stuff with very irrational usage and etc.

Menu doesnt load anymore and the coupons are mostly pointless now

Its ooookay. The coupons arent complete anymore. Back in the days you had the app coupons and the coupons you achieve in your newspaper. What actually was the reason I got this app, so that I didnt had to Carrie those around. But now you dont have them anymore and only very view areas to use the ordering.

It constantly needs a connection, if you browse the app, everything loads over and over again, resulting in. terrible experience.

It's an ok App. Interface is cluttered and unintuitive. And if you open the app regularly then it'll make a unremovable notification unless you open the app.

Useless. No good deals anymore. On top of that, burgers were made incorrectly, missing major ingredients like cheese, not using gloves, and customer service, upon contact, was not helpful at all.

Good app. Good features but my single critique is when you activate a coupon a 15 minute countdown starts and if you don't use it it dissappears.

Can't use it anymore. When I have to choose Privacy Settings: I check All - > Confirm selection, it is Stuck and Show Me the Privacy Selection again. Uninstalled and installed again, nothing worked. -.-

Previusly the app was okay, not great but it did what it has to. Since the update, it feels like it just opens the normal burger king Website, also it keeps telling me to update. I have the newest Version installed!

Coupons in austria have meanwhile become non-existant. Other than that, there is no real use for the app. App does not work after update.

Got promos in mail and thought I use them by downloading the app. Instantly uninstall, far to much hassle and prefer other home deliveries. Burger king is still king👍🏿

Nekompletní: chybí ceny a v nabídce např. Steakhouse Burger. Složení je neúplné a je řešeno fotkami přes celou šířku apky. Incomplete: does not include prices and in menu, there is no Steakhouse Burger. Ingredients are incomplete and to see them you have to slide photos. For The Czech Republic, there is only the Czech language and no English.

The app stops working it it stucks on Updating screen.... And that's since long tine ago. I would have expected them to fix it by now.

Can not use it. Select all privacy settings and it's keeps bringing that page again and again. How irresponsible the developer is, u have to test what you have developed.

This app is a slap to the face of customers. Since weeks I am trying to activate my account but I never receive the activation email... and you cant use most of the vouchers there without an account. I guess they want people to eat other burgers?
