Trying to register my phone number and the OTP never shows up thus I cannot use the app, and restaurant recicves order one hour after I place it, aboslutely horrible.

Register functionality is buggy. Lovely interface and description for each item. Easy way to remove unwanted components. But all of this is useless because you don't deliver to my area. So disappointed. Going back to elmenus now.

Trash, can't order. Items are in the basket and when ordering it asks to select items.

Can't finish order, asks me to choose or modify items in the basket but can't do anything and can't order

Worst application ever seen !!! Not able to register for days and days .. tried all ways and my numbers and emails .. tried to uninstall and install .. after many failed trials and waste of time I decided to uninstall it forever .. it is useless application

3 phone numbers, 3 attempt at registration, 3 diff methods and non received a verification code, thus I cannot place an order not only that, the welcome coupon seems to be bugged... So thanks BK for NOTHING!!! The app is RUBBISH!

App is deadly slow. It takes you a total of 3 minutes to checkout and confirm payment! It take a fraction of that time on 3rd party apps such as Talabat and Zomato. Also, it shows all stores as closing at 23:59 PM and wont take you to the payment screen placing an order after midnight where other apps do. The only good thing about the app is the ability to customize your order. I wish the app is faster and accepts orders after midnight.

Sign up successfuly and made an order and received it. But 1 star removed because there was some troubles during signing up.

The app has received a good update, which finally works. However I was frustrated by the fact that someone from the call center called me to fill in the address again, and he basically typed the whole order again from his side, similar to if I called the call center, the call lasted over 5 mins, which is exactly why I ordered from the app, I don't want to hang onto a call for 5 mins. really wish that everything works through the app without anyone calling me.

I would like to express my disappointment with your app or the service itself! its my first time using the app and it will probably be the last time as well. whenever i order fast food, i never ever cancel it because i don't want to waste other people's time. however, to my surprise, when i checked the status of my order, it says it was cancelled. i submitted my mobile number but nobody called me about it. the service was so TERRIBLE! I did not expect that 2 burgers will take MORE THAN 1 HOUR!

Burger King app has the worst customer experience ever. After raising many complaints, they did nothing about it at all. Here is what happened with me. I usually like to order my burgers with so many add ons. I select my meal and put the add ons, and place my order. Then I get the meal without the add ons at all. I later knew that the order received by the restaurant is totally opposite to what I have stated on the app. It happened to me 5 times, each time I complain, they do nothing to fix it.

Their told install this app we will provide 50 %on the burger . But did not give. Cheapest and lier people burger King staff

Error message popped up "Modifiers count is invalid" at check out. Whatever that means. So couldn't place order. Not the first time this happened. Tried reaching through "feedback" and wasn't surprised it didn't work either. Uninstalled

Useless! Spent half an hour trying to register! I gave up and ordered from somwhere else!

Bad, couldn't verify my phone number; OPT hasn't been sent!!!

Placed order and waited 2 and a half hours before calling the call center, to be told that the order didn't come to the store and they may not be able to deliver the food due to a problem in their system. Cancelled the order and had to wait more than a month to get a refund. Will surely never order on this app or from Burger King moving forward, taking my business to the golden arches.

Soon poor, lot of technical errors, I received wrong order also

I placed the order and came back later to check the status only to see that the order failed. no details as to why it failed and no way to contact BK. No one answers the call. Calls go on long wait and the call then gets disconnected.

Worst food app ever. The OTP never gets delivered, it's almost impossible to register or login, and if you wanna sign in as a guest the coupons won't work.

App not working here,it keep looping if you start the app and never progress to the next it's been like that for 2 year I used it today and same problem ..shame

Great service, but the app is lagging like hell. It stays blocked in one page which makes impossible to order. Your clientele service on the other hand are just great, very polite and resourceful

2 star I for the updates look of this app and its functionality. The App developer and the maintenance team lag behind a lot in the food delivery race. The basic features like account ownership and privacy is missing. We will never find a "Delete Account" option in this. May be this why "McD" & "KFC" has out performed everyone in the world as they understand the customer very well!!

Just another terrible app that requires you to register and then never send you the pin number. Uninstalled this useless app. Also offer for 50% discount doesn't work

Broken App, u need to make ur order and after half an hour they call you to take the order AGAIN on the phone, and the food eventually will be at ur door in one and a half hour. Customer service is totally unprofessional, Don't use this app unless you really need to, its a wast of time and money.

Awful. After spending 10 minutes selecting orders to checkout, my reqiest cant be processed, please try again later. Ended up ordering from their famous competitor's easy to use app

The menus are not in sync (I don't know if there is any veggie burgers in the app's menu) Feedback seems to have some problem
