Used to work but now it asks for upgrade. When you go to the app store, it goes back to the same app to open. I even tried uninstalling and then reinstalling. Same issue; it asks for upgrade and the link goes back to the same outdated app.
Always first order after call for confirmation . After wait long time .
If it was possible to give zero stars I would. After one hour and 20 minutes from ordering, the store called me and told me that the sandwich I ordered isn't available. ONE HOUR AND 20 MINUTES OF WAITING AND THE SANWICH IS NOT EVEN AVAILBE. I recommend that you order from any other respectful restaurant. This was my favorite restaurant, now I will never order from it again.
Last 2 times I had to order elsewhere as the application crashed. After I added items could not view the cart.. It is also important to add online payment option.
I gave one star because I am unable to give 0. I literally was able to order from talabat, have my food delivered and begin to eat before the order was even accepted on this app. That was also from the same Burger King, dont waste your time.
Useless app. Placed order, only accepts cash. Then Burger King phones to say they don't have a home delivery vehicle to deliver the order, and maybe after 2 hours the order may be delivered when they have a vehicle available. Rather use Talabat when in Qatar.
The minor bug fixes update brought on a major bug. Laughable. White screen after the splash screen. Completely unusable.
Garbage app after update, Totally can't use it now because it not allow me to log in, it always say incorrect password which is not, because i can log in without any problem in web, don't install this app
I had ordered food to my office through the app at 11:32 am. My order was not accepted so called their customer care no. at 11:50 am and got confirmation of order being accepted. At 2: 15 I called again to check when will be the delivery and they informed they check and call back. At 3:00 pm I called and cancelled the order.
Very bad service, after two hours of placing the order and waiting, I received a call that my order is still in the restaurant, and still need around 45 minutes because they have only one driver to make the delivery
It doesn't deliver to my area and the nearst branch 5min away from my house!!! , no need for this app, getting back to food delivery app better, uninstall no need for extra unused app
Very poor service. Waited for more than 1 hour just for the order to be accepted. Very very disappointing service. How is it fast food when it's taking more than 1 hour?
Pretty disappointed if I'm able to give 0 as i try to order atleast 5 times all the time they cancel order and from 3 days ago application is not possible to be open as well showing only white screen. Is this is service how you plan to work ?
The app never works, as soon as you click on view cart an unexpected error happens and you can't view the cart.

I applied for free chicken royal burger but didn't got and also my order was delivered almost 1 hr later they also called and told they have no delivery guys we are cancelling ur order first then when we spoke they shifted my order to some another restaurant and on bill it was mentioned chicken royale burger but didn't received. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND DUMB PEOPLE WHO CANT UNDERSTAND SIMPLE ENGLISH. dont waste time on this app try five guys or mc Donald's instead.
Application is not working since 2 months ago, and everyday sending messages that the points will be expired on Jan 6 2021, how can ordered and use it if the application not working nor the website 😔
I ordered them.more than 35 qar so thatvi can get the free one but nothin is there and also on yhe 1st day within 15 minutes order has been delivered on 2nd day almost 1 hour to the point that only 500 meters away from the store and the food was not hot at all
Every time I want to check my cart and check out it says "error" and it's been like this for months... kindly fix it i miss BK
Shame on the app developer. On one side you spend on sending sms promotion to open app link and order and when we install the app we get a white screen as many have mentioned below ! How ! Why!
very bad service. waiting for 2 hours and no one is calling to inform what's going on. when I called they said no driver to pick up my order.

Very poor app from Burger King. Over a month now this app does not work and a whole company like burger king cant finish upgrading their app for customers to make orders so why the company is not deleting the entire app so we know there is no app got Burger King.. am really disappointed..
Bun was so hard like its not fresh. Maybe some days old. And chicken as same hard enough.
Very bad service I place a order through the app it take 30 Min to inform that the driver it's not around when I ask the lady why it took 30 min to be informed she said i wasn't around. It's like that guys you're treating first timers
The chicken whopper that was ordered was not at all upto the mark of burger king that we are generally used to. The bin was soggy and the chicken patty was dull n bland... There was just a leaf of lettuce.. No tomato, no onion in the whopper.. The chicken burger was worse.. Never worth the money thats being charged.... 0 stars
Your app is broken since you launched it. The status of the order, once placed, is never updated! Please fix. The least a food delivery app can do is to reflect the order status.
