Burger Tar
When the chef walks the length of an ingredient (bun, meat patty, tomato, etc.), it falls one level. If it lands atop another ingredient, the latter in turn falls one level. A burger is completed when all vertically aligned ingredients have been dropped out of the maze and onto a waiting plate. Once all burgers are completed, the game level is finished.
While making burgers, you must avoid the antagonists, consisting of three types of enemies: Mr. Hot Dog, Mr. Pickle, and Mr. Egg. Enemies can be dodged, stunned, crushed with a falling ingredient, or dropped by luring them onto an ingredient and then causing it to fall. In this last case, the piece will fall two extra levels for every enemy caught on it. Enemies that have been crushed or dropped return to the maze after a few seconds. Dropped enemies award larger point values than crushed ones; therefore, to obtain a high score, you must attract more than one enemy onto an ingredient just before dropping it.
The chef has pepper shots to shake on nearby enemies to stun and render them harmless for a few seconds. Extra shots are obtained by collecting bonus foods, such as coffee, an ice cream cone, or French fries, which appear in the center of the maze when a certain number of ingredients have dropped.
There are six screens of increasing difficulty, with more burgers and enemies, burgers that have more parts, and/or layouts that make it easier for the chef to be cornered and harder for him to reach the ingredients. Completing all six screens takes the chef back to the first one.

Directional controls are on the wrong side. Left handed players would be able to do well. The setup of the controls is like game controllers from the 1990s to today. This game, like many of the arcade games heavily use the directional controls, which need to be on the right hand side for right handed players.
Great remake of the old port (not the arcade version as the enemies skip ladders) but PLEASE FIX THE CONTROLLER. PLEASE. It makes it unplayable.
Game looks great, but the controls need some serious work , it's flow of movement is off or something especially when trying to go up a ladder, thanks
Its like the real game but the control is not smooth. The virtual joystick is too difficult to enjoy the game.
Loved this game as a kid. Wanted to play it so badly and was happy with the fact that this game was just like the original except the controllers SUCK! Can't really play :(

Controls were a bit glitchy and music was semi distorted but it's nice to have my favorite arcade game on my phone

Graphics are fantastic like original yet controls make the game frustrating. Firstly the controls are slightly out of position and I keep tapping the wrong areas even after many plays. The chef keeps getting stuck and doesnt move when u need him to. The list goes on. Fix the controls and you have the best version of burgertine out there. Try for landscape rotation and also have some setting options so that you can adjust certain aspects eg the size or position of controls! Big shame about it.
