This app needs some work. The customization options are great. But every time I go to checkout, I receive a "Something went wrong!" message and get kicked back to the main menu. Nothing I do can get me to the checkout page. So yeah, I cannot use the app and I cannot call orders in ahead of time. So the app is basically useless.... Y'all got great food though.

Disappointed with the app, it works but only at a most basic level, the kiosks at the Kissimmee location are a better design. You can't customize orders, just delete predefined ingredients; for example I couldn't add pickles to my bacon cheeseburger. Also, getting to the shipping cart requires you to be in the menu (very bad design, it should always be available from the top menu). Is also like to see an option to tip those kids that do such a great job on the burgers.

The app forced me to go to a burgerfi I was unfamiliar with and sent me to a random location in the middle of a neighborhood. The app links you to a pin drop in Google maps and gives you directions to that pin. However the pin locations are incorrect sending people to random locations. It also turned out that the burgerfi it forced me to go to was farther away than the one I'm used to.

Not sure why we need an app now to get rewards. The card system was perfectly fine before. But some notes about the app (if the developer is reviewing these reviews): - The size of the app is crazy for what it is. Why is it 75mb?! - For BurgerFi, having a consulting company listed as the company and not BurgerFi makes this seem a bit sketchy/unofficial and makes me hesitant to provide my credit card data. - The birthday selection is very un-user friendly - Adding in my phone number to migrate my rewards was also very un-user friendly. I tried multiple times xxx-xxx-xxxx, but wouldn't work. I then decided to try it without the dashes and it worked. Provide this information during that process

This app is ****Ed. I made 2 different purchases and they were both a waste of my money. I used the app to pay for my orders and the system failed to recognize the payment both times, yet it was taken. I got reimbursed for the amount for the first, but I didn't bother for the next. I'm never going to use this app to buy until this is fixed. If the scan function fails for the Loyalty on my next visit, I am done with it.

Awful First Experience. Yay, you get free fries on your first app order, and I find the reward in the app. But wait, it says you have to "toggle" on the reward. What the heck? Why do have to do that, AND there was no toggle anywhere. I looked 3 times. All over the place. No idea how to toggle on rewards. And why should you even have to do that? Ridiculous. And now the reward is gone.

App is broken without gps enabled. Let me choose a location without forcing me to give my location. The app experience is regressing, not improving. I need gpsless ordering so I can mobile pickup order for my neice and nephew. Now it doesnt work and they dont eat there anymore. Make it work without gps, I already have my stores.3 months later and still broken. "Something went wrong Online ordering is unavailable at this time. Please use the location finder to try another location nearby."

Terrible app. Put what I wanted for my order for pickup. Needed to add my credit card first. So I did and it doubled my order without a way to subtract the extra items. Backed out of the app and closed it. Doubled my order again. I wanted 1 burger and 1 order of fries. It did 2 orders of 2 burgers and 2 fries and charged me automatically! Location couldn't do anything to cancel after immediate order. Now I have over $40 chargerd to me when it should have been around $10. Pay at pick up should be available. Should have know better than to put my credit card in an unrefined app. I was told to call the manager tomorrow at 8 AM for an attempt at a refund. This will probably end in me calling my credit card for dispute.

DO NOT LINK A PAYMENT CARD TO THIS APP! Although the other features of this app seem fine, when I tried to make changes to an order before placing it, every time I made a change it automatically processed it as an order and charged my card!! I wound up with over $85 in charges for 2 burgers! I came to find out this has happened to others and had been reported to Olo, but nothing has been done to correct it!! Shameful.

This App was purposely created To Waste Your Time! It's been over a year and I have deleted and re-download this app several times on different devices but it will never let you place your order. This pretty much shows that BurgerFi could care less about your convenience by making and publishing an app that does not work. Why would someone allow a broken app to be available and still broken for well over a year? They obviously do not care! Thanks BurgerFi for wasting my time

This app's User Interface is terrible. 1. The 'hamburger' menu icon is hidden by the background color of the scrolling ads. 2. You cannot add a credit card to your account if you have already created, but not sent, your order. You must put your cc info in first thing. 3. It is NOT clear how to modify or delete items within your order. 4. You cannot add a custom name to each of your saved "Favorites. So they all can look the same. 5. On and on.... A really poorly layed out app!

Easy to see all the recent "1" ratings for this app. For the first few years, it worked fine. Now it never works. Impossible to actually place an order. I had a few rewards that I could not use and they expired. Wrote to the company twice, but they don't reply because they don't care.

They don't care about the users experience with app. I reported 3 incidents with 3 separate deliveries in a short period of time (like 2 months). They never got back to me, provided me a refund (even though items were missing), and now a 4 time my order is wrong again. Not wasting more money on this app.

Love the food but app is terrible. App took off customization and it loads forever. I have had the loading issue several times. I thought at first it was my phone but it's not, it's the app. I called the store to place my order inky to be told to use the app. App needs some serious upgrades.

Terrible bloatware! I'm talking about the app (the Burgers are just fine). What was wrong with the rewards card anyway? I uninstalled it - just couldn't deal with it. I broke down and reinstalled it. It worked just once last week. Today was informed at B-Fi that the whole system has been down for three days and is unable to process/read/store any information. Burger-Fi are you listening? Love your burgers but just hate this new system, PLEASE dump this and go back to the old card. Nothing but aggravation all round.

Badly Made. The app isn't really user friendly. If you ever hear anyone tall about the gameplay of a game. That's what's wrong with this food app. It also also asked you to precharge money when you order. And then says you get free fries. but if you try to redeem it when you pay, it will charge the precharge for a separate reward. and STAFF HAS NO CONTROL.

The previous system was great. I have no idea why they changed it. The app doubled my order and charged me not twice but three times. Luckily the employees were very helpful and able to refund me. My status and rewards were also lost as soon as I logged in. App needs to be improved a lot.

the meal was warm this time, unlike the first one, and was really greasy. also they forgot one of the condiments. overall the 2nd meal was better than the 1st. also i think the music is one or two notches too high(loud) while trying to talk to someone. i don't care for the paper straws it makes my drink tastes like garbage. so I drink without a straw.

Can't customize/add on anymore - why does the app even ask me if I'm gluten free but there's no ability to select lettuce instead of a bun? Now, you can only take away what comes on an item, but you can't add in any of the extras, rendering the app virtually useless. This change was also implemented on the online website order system too. Now, I'm inclined to use any of the other restaurants that are nearby who do have better online ordering systems than Burgerfi

Seriously, BurgerFi needs to cut ties with this app developer. We were going to order from you tonight, but with this much trouble? Nope, we'll go elsewhere today.

Can't sign up. It makes you either sign in or sign up. It gives you the option to sign up via email or through Facebook, I chose email. Every time I enter my email it spins(loading) and then says error occurred and that's it. I can't move past that first screen

The rewards tab stopped working. Once you click rewards, the app crashes. Same problem persist, the company refuses to fix the app. I'm starting to think it was purposely done so that customers would stop using rewards.

I used to really like this app. But for some reason they took a lot of options off. Let's say you order the double cheeseburger but you want grilled onions and a fried egg on top. You used to be able to do that on the app not anymore. For now I do not like using this app I hope they bring these functions back. Pretty much my only gripe. Love the food but now I call it in.

It's practically a miracle to place an order for what you want with this app. For almost all of last year there was an inability to order green style. Now it's a big F you to kids, because you can only order a plain burger or cheeseburger, so forget about ketchup or anything else on a kids burger. I got to stand in their rediculously long line for a half hour, which would have been avoided with a professionally developed app instead of this travesty.

The food is great, one of my favorite burger spots but the app is in need of MAJOR help from their IT department. I eat at BurgerFi frequently, the rewards section has stopped working for me going on 4 months now. They still haven't fixed this and when I reached out they responded by telling me to inform the cashier everytime there's a promo and let them know my rewards isn't working to redeem. Wish this app was as good as their food....

It did not apply the credits I has for free fries or $5 reward balance. Neither did it count my transaction amount towards the $50 target. lastly, when the manager attempted to refund for the fries, I don't see the refund in my credit card account as well. horrible app
