It takes longer to order using this app than it does to go in, order, and wait for your food to be made. If it doesn't take 10 minutes to load each screen, it kicks me out while trying to order
They won't take phone orders and tell you to order on the app, but app is literal trash. Great burritos, terrible ordering experience
App is very slow, especially when trying to order. Took 10mins to load the order screen just for me to find out not only if there a minimum 20min wait for call-in orders but also a 20min wait to actually place the order on the app. 30mins is too long for a burrito.
Stupid app is broken. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled this damn thing idk how many times and I still can't place an order..... smh
App doesnt load which is a shame because the food is good and would love to skip the line

The app is trash, and this burrito place went downhill FAST at the location near me. Last time I got burritos from here, they were literally cold in the center. I'll go to Filibertos before I go here again.

When app opens, all I see is a white screen with the burrito express logo. I do have a phone that has the latest version of Android installed which is 6.0.1. Food is fantastic though!
If there was an account to be created, maybe I wouldn't have lost my loyalty stamps due to phone swaps and app updates. Like the place, but I'm on a boycott right now because of it.
Just bought four burritos and only received one stamp.
They can make their breakfast burritos at any time and they are sooooo good! Love the supreme.
I walked in thinking it was going to be bad but I met the manager and headed a few suggestions. I couldn't believe how good it was! I'll be back... alot!

You're not spying on me. It won't even load on the initial setup if location isn't enabled and a warning pops up that says, "location service is required for app to work." F OFF!
