Pretty gd app but when set to follow which bus number to follow , usually once out of app need to reselect the bus again. Overall experienced was great but the latest update seem got issue using wifi for connection, whenever on wifi, details never load up. It only worked with data.
Seriously good and lean app yet shows all the necessary info. Sometimes unable to detect a certain bus at one bus stop once in a while. But great reliabllitu overall do far
This app don't seem to work when the phone language was set to chinese. Can open the app but will not display the bus timing, stated no data available. Other bus app had no problem. Please look into it.
Accurate bus arrival timing. Intuitive UI. Recently some bus arrival info are missing. Unsure why.
Overall quite a good app. Would like developer to include a dark mode to the background for a eye friendly viewing.
somstimes this app takes long to load and timings can be rather inaccurate. but other than that it's user friendly
Bus arrival notification never works. Last update in 2017, looks like an abandonware.
Can only store 10 bus stops in Favourites. SG Busleh allows much more bus storage than Bus Captain. Would have given 5 stars otherwise. Can the app designer help?
Not useful. Unable to show u the connecting services to your destination if services are not available at the bus stop
bus goes missing I check the app for 1 bus at 725am, it states the double decker bus is coming to the bustop in 8 mins. I reached the bus stop in 3 mins and checks the app again, the app states that a double decker bus is coming in 9 mins. i was thinking maybe it was due to traffic congestion. At 740 the app states that a single deck bus is coming in 10 mins. So apparently the double decker bus just vanished.
It has some useful features such as being able to see the bus route. Love that. Thank you
Can not work with Huawei Nova 3i and medipad M3. App just keep on searching with blank screen.
Awesome bus. The only downside is that it is SUPER SUPER ULTRA slow.
Hit and miss. Sometimes the bus has left; yet still say Arriving.
Suggestion, Tap at favorites to see into. Tap and hold to edit..

Bus timing not accurate. 970 showed as 19 mins arrival, so i walked to another bus stop to take 75, at traffic light in holland Village. 970 came in 5 mins.😱😤
Sometimes the app take longer time to start loading.🤦

show bus arrived but bus never arrive and after that show next bus arrive 17 mins..this apps fails its purpose

good app, does what it says it should do. but one MAJOR issue that needs to be fixed: the auto refresh. its frustrating that the main dashboard refreshed everytime you navigate back to it after checking on bus stop detail, etc. fix this please!
