Busch Gardens Discovery Guide

The app only recognizes my previous (expired) annual pass. It won't link to my new one which is very frustrating. Also, wait times would be a helpful feature. As of now, it's little more than a map and an attempt to sell you upgrades. Very disappointing. Disney and Umiversal have MUCH better apps.

Initially there was an issues with the app freezing on the splash screen. After posting that in the review apparently the support team corrected the issue and shortly thereafter it was up and running. Was an excellent companion on our visit. Everything worked as expected.

Should not have to be taken to the website to look at my pass or benefits. Kind of lazy on the tech team. App is not practical especially if you're inside the park. Everything should be quick and easy, and the Busch gardens app fails to bring what a High class Theme Park should have in 2022.

Super helpful, I will be using this every time I'm in the park from now on. The interactive map is the main part, also has directions. Also lists ride wait times, restaurants, and show times.

What did you guys do to this app 🥺 was great in past seasons ride times don't work now. ride closures don't show up either. Its nothing more then a map with the show times and park hours which is semi useful. Please fix it Cedar Fair's individual park apps are far superior to this dumpster fire. I know busch can ro better

I absolutely love Busch Gardens! 2 of my favorite things to do in life, riding rollercoasters and eating at Golden Corral. I can be that 12 year old boy just like my first visit, every time I go! Running from coaster to coaster and the adrenaline rush, make me feel so alive. Apollos Chariot has always been my favorite! Covid-19 kept me away for 2 years, but thank God, I'll hopefully live a little more this season! 👍 👍

It is about time they hired someone that isn't going to make a copy of their website and say it is an app! Now this is an app! I am rating it 4 stars mainly because I have not tested out the accuracy of the wait times and any other features that it may have. But I will say it is definitely headed in the right direction with an actual interactive map with zooming and filtering items such as rides, shows etc.

This is a horrible app. No wait times are posted anywhere not even in the actual park outside the ride. No menus posted for any of the restaurants nor you are able to place an online order. If i could give it zero stars i would.

Hate that to look at restaurant menus you have to download each individual one onto your phone, should be able to do that entirely on the app without clogging my phone memory.

Not the best park app. Couldn't figure out how to get the ride wait list without closing the app. The wait times were helpful but not always accurate. The weather shutdown all the rides but the wait times did not change. The map is useless. It might as well be a pdf. It does not tell you where you are or how far to anything. The list of show times was helpful.

This app is pretty unhelpful. It doesn't show you wait times or closures for rides, which most other amusement park apps would show. Also, the map isn't useful at all; you still have to do a fair bit of wandering to find any "points of interest". Navigating through the app isnt easy at all, you have to do a lot of scrolling to find what you are looking for. Overall, not worth downloading unless you are interested in saving your tickets in the app or looking up show times.

This app remains bad. It doesn't even remember which park you're in (or use GPS to determine that automatically). A lot of it is just an interface to their website, key parts of which (the park map) weren't working during my last trip. Rides were closed, both temporarily and all day, and the app showed nothing about that. Wait times seem random - there's no system (unlike at Disney) that measures them.

This is the WORST app EVER!! It was working perfectly fine until Black Friday deals popped up. I uninstalled it multiple times thinking it was my phone (s9+) but I'm totally convinced it's the app. The moment it opens and I try to click on something it crashes. I'm a pass holder and was loving the electronic access to my tickets via the app. Now I'm back to the old way of having to carry our physical cards with us to enter the park. This is totally not so 21st century.

I like the Busch Gardens parks, but this app is just not up to par. It's a wrapper for the mobile site, which is clunky, has redundant buttons, and is more focused on selling tickets to prospective guests than providing information to guests already in the park. Right now it's doing that thing again where pressing the map button literally just opens your default web browser to a PDF of the map. I wish they'd just bring back the real app from a few years ago.

The app replaced my name, birth date and card number with my daughter's after I added her card number to the account. The app provides no way to edit/correct/restore my information. This is such a faulty, poor design! In addition, the app is not intuitive to navigate and ridiculously slow. It needs to be rewritten from scratch if it is to be compared with the apps of other parks..

Barely loads anything. Interactive map allows you to filter and show where restaurants are, but not the names of those restaurants. So if you wanted the interactive map to help you find something specific, you will be disappointed. Didn't even bother trying the show time's, uninstalled, needs to be completely reworked.

Great app! Everything including your tickets, parking purchases, even kennel purchase all in one place. This is the best amusement park app I have seen so far. Nice job!

Theres way smaller businesses that have far better apps. Spend some money and develop your app. Your operation is too nice and too established to have such an amateur app.

The only reason I used the app was to see the wait times. Now for Tampa Busch Gardens they are nowhere to be found. What a terrible update. Has no additional information that I can't have on the website.

Terrible App. Useless! There's nowhere to save passes, or even access your passes. It's just not user friendly.

Useless app. No wait times for rides so couldn't determine which rides had the longest lines. Nothing but a glorified digital map.

Does not display wait times at all, even though it was advertised as having wait times, and even used to display them.

No map with GPS, map detail of a kids dinner placemat at a road side truck stop, app very slow to load, no way to click on a ride from the wait time screen, every single link defaults through or back to the ticket purchase page whether you want to go to that page or not. Clearly developed by Homer Simpson after he made his first website. Try using professional developers instead. Terrible, horrible, no good app.

The app was nice, the map feature was helpful for navigation in park. But I wish they had a bit more information for each attraction within the park! We walked over 6 miles, most of it because you can't see if the restaurant or kiosk is open.
