buseet: Arrive faster on a bus

I see a lot of potential for this app but it needs to be more flexible and user friendly. Examples: when booking a package through the app it only offers a one way package. I can't seem to change my home and work places once they have been saved. I can't search through the lines or packages pages. And when i book a trip via credit card i must choose it every time. Another problem, is the reach of the lines. There needs to be more stations at the destinations.

one of the most strongest and easiest applications in the field of the modern transport , like i said i've never seen a facility provided by any transport applications more than this amazing one, i advice each and everyone to install this app and he'll miss a lot of facilities if he didn't install it nowadays.

Not working at all (Note 8 android pie) Searcy bar is unresponsive and has a max characters i cant type in the full name of my university to search for it secondly when i found it when i click on the name it doesn't work uninstalled until further improvements to be made.

The app is an absolute fail. Very poor interface and no explanation of how it works. Suggested routes are far from what I selected.

App is not qualified enough to be realesed for users ,it's like web page !! Not an app and station points is very far from main points should be highly recommended ,please have a look on uber bus or careem bus maybe you can make a good one

The info on Google maps is misleading and doesn't match what the app has to say about upcoming trips. Was super happy to find a station next to my home but now am uninstalling and not trusting the info

Worst experience ever I've booked a trip and waiting for my bus and a message was sent telling me the bus is arriving and the number of the driver and here when I call him he tells me that the number us wrong and that he is not working there any more I tried to contact via email but no answer never saw any company neglecting that much their consumers feedback I'll never use this application again and I don't recommend it at all

Great app.. Although sometimes errors pops up, however the support team members are always available.. Great service and drivers attitude.. Great experience.

Still haven't tried it first hand. But the website looks super nice and was actually helpful, and they're available on google maps if you plan a trip on there as well. Goodjob guys 🤙🏻

All trips are always booked and no seats, app error as it shows that no net connection a lot although other apps are working fine

I'm unable to change my forgotten password everytime I try to change the password it gives me credentials are incorrect and everytime I try to enter my mobile number as guest it keeps telling me الرقم غير صحيح and everytime I try to sign up it keeps giving me number is already taken and it keeps giving me the same thing for the email too

each time I select a line, application crashes ! it was fine before current update.

takes too long to open and load and keeps telling me i have an internet connection problem when other apps like careem and uber work fine.

The application crashes a lot with unauthinticated error .. Very poor and doesnt give all options in search

Without adding the available lines and rides also without adding the price per trip or destination it's not useful at all

I tried to do a new request, and when I try to add arrival time, the app. Show the clock without a bottom to submit my choses

When opening the app it said needs updating & when I go back to Google play no updates available then click open and back to the same needs update again.

Tried hard to start and to change some address details,, I couldn't at. All

Tooo bad every time i try to book the line from el fardous to smart village i found no seats and tried to contact the help agent and he told me that this line is specified for a certain company (abo ghazala) only then why it is provided on the app if its not available for booking?!!!!

The app. continuously give a network error and doesn't even open.

i had a pleasure dealing with them everyday because their prices are so cheap i couldn’t believe it would be that great with that unbelievable price

i try too many destination but it always " buseet didn't vome here yet!!! and it's general destination like tahrir square?!!!
