Very worst experience that I tried to book a ticket but it doesn't show any dropping point at the time of booking. And in the search results it is showing that the ticket is available but when you click it there will be no tickets. Overall there is no option to book a upper berths in setc buses.

It is the worst app ever. I have to pay twice for the same seat, and no one takes any responsibility. This app doesn't provide any bus number or conductor's phone number to confirm or verify our ticket confirmation. I have suffered a lot because of this and I want to give this app zero star if possible. It is better to book tickets at the counter rather than booking it online.

This app is very very wrost app and also in services. I have booked a ticket and payment debited successfully from account but yet ticket not confirmed by Bus India(OSRTC). Really a bad services by BI. Even I have cancelled one ticket which shows confirmed after 2 days and when will click on it showing already canceled. But no refund I got till time. Really need improvement. I lost my 1800 with BI

i have been working on a cyber cafe and i have booked almost above 400 tickets for my customers and most of them are failed. And there is no customer service at all from their end. Why did they provide their toll free no. i don't understand yet. The numbers were never reachable. Each and every service of bus india is too wrost. Wrost tickting websites. I always faced that problem that, while booking tickets most of the time money was debited from bank and ticket was not booked. money never refund

Worst app and worst service, even after so many mails and so many calls they have not at all responded. I had a very bad experience with bus India, I have requested refund for the journey which I have not travelled because of the mistake of operator but busindia doesn't responded.

always.... connection error.....so bad app....hire some good software engineers...... really bad app......i am not able to book bus tickets..... constantly throwing connection error.......also if you book ticket through the site.....it will not show the bus number.....its so confusing if you go and stand at the bus stand.....worst service and the most disgusting app and site is even more disgusting

Very worst experience, first time i am trying to book bus ticket, two times my balance got debited from my account but ticket not booked. I never seen such type of worst app. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

When I try to book a ticket it just says error. No explanation on what's the error and how it can be rectified. Full of bugs n cant book even a single ticket successfully.

Booked Two way tickets through this app. One way tocket is confirmed, return ticket is not confirmed but amount deducted. I cant able to reach the customer care for initiating refund. worst service.

Waw, such a wonderful experience i have to book the bus ticket through this app, process is very easy but they are not provided bus number and contact number also... Bus india is provide TRIP NUMBER & PNR NUMBER, waw nice but how to find the bus number not provided minimum message alert also... Wonderful 4'th generation app... This is Our development... Waw... Dear friends if possible please solve this type of issues and update as soon as possible thank you...

Worst app always throws error, it deducts the amnt from account but not able to book the ticket.. Bus number is not mentioned, lot of confusion, need lot of improvement in this app

journey is good and comfortable also timely reach. Bus is neat and clean with wide space of puss back seat. smooth drive you could not feel jarking.

Booked ticket, deducted money but then got to know that bus is not operational since 2 months. Complaint number is not reachable.. Rs 500 loss. Noone is to contact.. Uninstall this awful app.

Most worst app. I booked the bus tickets for 9.30 am using this app but they booked tickets for 4.30 am and they are not refunding my money. when select bus for 9.30 am they show pick up point for 4.30 am that I found later Please do not use this app

It's easier to book tickets for karaikal to pondicherry and vice versa. But it is PRTC only available, better other Transports also if available to book

Not working no Fields to fill all details of passenger including address proof. Submit button is there without the details it automatically showing error try again

worst app my money got deducted when transaction did not completed properly and they are unable to refund it and it is more than 15 days they keep telling me it'll refund within 7 working days

Dont book ticket by using this app.worst experience ever.Every time money got debitted but no confirmation of ticket or any pnr number.Also service centre brhaviour is not good at all.Language barrier even they cannt communicate well in hindi or english.so dont doenload this app.

Takes a lot of time to load, and what's the use of this booking app if we can't book a ticket there.

Never use this application. There is no option to reset the password. Tool free no is not at all available to take the call.

I am highly disappointed with the unavailability of proper information about the bus and the contact info about the conductor.
