Worst financial app I gave ever used. I just accidentally deleted my review from a year ago. Still having the same issues where it randomly closes, specially when trying to deposit a check. Been trying for 10 minutes and it closes every time. It's a point that I'm considering changing banks. It's so frustrating
I can no longer see the cashed checks and it makes it extremely difficult to itemize my expenses in QuickBooks, I'm very disappointed with the last update as it made things much more difficult.
Can't deposit checks, tech support can't fix the issue.
Crashes constantly on deposits. Used to be a great little app. Now quicker to drive to the bank!!
The update cause the mobile deposit issues. Does not recognize the back of the checks being signed. Otherwise it is good. Also would like alerts for debit usage like the personal mobile app. If you do have alerts, change the amounts to be with a minimum of 1 cent. If fraud is happening with cash apps, they send amounts under 1.00.

It's snaps the pictures too soon and sometimes they're blurry as I'm still moving the camera into position. Also, It frequently does not recognize the check amount accurately when the characters are actually quite clear on that check even though the picture is crisp and in that case, not blurry.
Mobile check deposit stopped working and I have uninstalled/reinstalled several times. There is no biometric login available. I have to enter a password every time. The UI is terrible.
Check deposits system is awful. Brings you back to the log in screen over and over again
Almost never works. I dont live near a branch so I rely on the app frequently, but at least once a week I have to spend upwards of an hour on the phone trying to figure out what new glitch is preventing me from using the app. I have to re-install the app most times I use it, and it's only a 50 50 shot it will work at all.
Pathetic App! This app no longer works on my Samsung S5 phone.. wont let me log in after my last update. Spent 30 mins with tech support trying to fix this and still not able to log in to app.I can log in fine to the website but need the app to do mobile deposits.. I was told if I could get it working by shutting off the phone that I could log a ticket. I HAVE A BETTER IDEA. How about I delete the app and get a new Bank.
Completely unusable when trying to do mobile deposits. Can't easily capture check image and I have to keep trying until it does so. Now multiply this procees by the X amount of checks that I need to deposit and it becomes an awful experience.
Used this app daily for business, but now all of a sudden mobile check deposit doesn't work!!! I've uninstalled the app and installed again, restarted my phone, tried everything I could but it still doesn't work. All other functions work: pay bills, transfer money, etc., just NOT MOBILE DEPOSIT. Please Fix!!!!!
Works occasionally for deposits. To make things better, the same can be said about the ATMs! I was just asked to rate the app... while telling me a new check I'm attempting to deposit is a duplicate. All you need to know about this app.
Very slow to roll out updates. Mobile check deposit is extremely important. After getting the latest galaxy, it no longer works. They say they have a fix but don't know when it will be deployed. That was 3 months ago.
Suddenly stopped working, I can see my balance but it won't let me login in. It's like the button doesnt work. I've even reinstalled it, still happens. So frustrating to have to go to the desktop version to manage my account.

I like being able to use my fingerprint to log in instead of a password. The interface is a little clunky and hides required input boxes below the bottom of the screen.
You cannot use this app for depositing money orders. It reads the incorrect dollar amount consistently. Also I constantly need to hit "Switch User" to log back in each time as the log on butten does not work. A crappy app for a crappy bank. Typical horrible service for Santander.
I've loved this app for a long time. All of a sudden, it's stopped working for remote depositing checks - it's most critical function, imho. Oh please fix it!
The worst app i've used in a very long time. Bulky and stupid, with many unnecessary steps. Not user friendly at all. Check depositing makes no sense when taking pictures as it asks for too many steps, when it could be automatic (and it was before the update). I wish i didnt have to use it but i do.
