Business Calendar

I found this app many years ago and found that the free version provided me with what I needed. There were ads, but no big deal . Now the ads interfere with the usage and productivity of the app , at one time I was going to upgrade by paying, but glad I didn't because it seems that even the paid version has ads? I need to find a new calendar app as I am tired is using this app.

Was having issues with the Repeated All Day Events. In email communications with the support, I learned that this issue stemmed from the Google update. So I tested it out by uninstalling Google Calendar App. Then in this BC calendar, I opened a previous All Day event that was an issue and edited for All Events. I just clicked All day, twice ...to remove and the reset as All day...saved...and it worked for me. I did email Google about their issue. Hope this works for you. THANKS TO BC SUPPORT!!!!

This is the best organized calendar app I have found but after a few days of using it, tha app begins delaying sync times. First few days sync would happen in few seconds. After using app a few weeks sync time now takes several hours. My other calendar apps are also delayed. Upon removing business calendar my other calendar apps now sync within seconds again. This same symptom has occurred on three different phones and two different carriers. Is there a remedy for this?

finally HAD to uninstall this application due to the never ending advertising every time you either open or make alterations to your diary and recent request received.. i.e. required! to send me more ads from even more clients. very much a shame as I've used this application for many years and it's easy to use but certainly am not paying £5.99 to go ad free. the paid version 'appears' to offer lots more.... lots more of what you don't really need.

Was considering buying the pro version to escape the horrendous ads, but now I have events disappearing from my calendar. I use this for work and will absolutely have to replace if not fixed in newest update.

Update2: This App is loosing its appeal now. Does not alway sync with my work calendar. Missing appointments etc. Rating it 2 stars now, down from 4. Update: A very useful tool with enough functions to support my daily calendaring activities. HOWEVER, Ads appear to have reduced. Sometimes you can't get rid of them from the screen when they pop up and can get really annoying. Updated to 4 stars because App is still worth it.

Was great, now just annoying I used to love this app. The ads were unobtrusive and out of the way - and then they added pop-ups - they randomly open when you're in the middle of doing something, and you canNOT do anything else until you've watched it - oh, and hopefully you're not in a quiet area when they start, because they are LOUD, and having your phone on vibrate has no effect. We had a good run, though...

This app has been my number one app for 4 or 5 years. But the ads have grown more intrusive every year. Now it to the point where they pop up every time you add an event to the calendar and takes over your whole screen with loud obnoxious music, etc. I am 100% done with this app and will be searching for a replacement as soon as I'm finished with this review. I also noticed that I don't get notified about my events anymore. Not sure what's that about. There is no iOS version to sync with my iPad

Used to be my favorite calendar- many useful features and advantages in the free version. Ads were present modestly below. After last update - it's terrible! On occasions, after entering an event, you get an ad spread over the screen, suggesting to install some app, and you cannot dismiss it. There is only one button: to install the app. Can't go back. No X to close it. Only way to proceed is to shut Calendar completely. Very annoying, if you need to add several events. Don't install or update!

I try to look at my calendar quickly because I'm in the middle of something and an ad overtakes my screen. I can't click out of it. If I accidentally click on the ad it downloads an app automatically. There's no way for me to stop it once it begins downloading. I have to go on google play to locate the app and uninstall it. This has happened to me several times. If you have to show ads that's fine but these are more then just standard ads. Its unnecessary.

Agree with others. Was good but the full screen ads are becoming tiresome, especially when you cannot close them and they pop up in the middle of appointment making. In all it's pointless as a calendar and I'm getting frustrated - I've had this one years across several phones. Likely to uninstall as soon as I've found a calendar that does what this used to do so well to replace it.

My favourite calendar app I've been using BC (free version with ads) for several years now and will continue to do so. I even considered buying the full version. However, and that's the reason for only 4 stars too, in recent weeks I had issues with automatically sending invitations to other participants. My experience is based on a Samsung Galaxy S9+

This used to be a 5 star app, but lately it's started to have full screen ads. As another user noted, the ads used to be non-intrusive. Now if I put in an event, a full screen ad shows up. The only way to get rid of it is wait for it to stop playing or close down the app completely. I'm giving it a 2 stars instead of 1 because without the full screen ad, it's a great app. But I'm also deleting the app now because of ads are so intrusive now.

I used to love this calendar and used it for many years. However, over the last month I constantly keep losing new entries and repeating entries. Sometimes lost entries will reappear every few days and then they are gone again. Not to mention that when I am using the calendar large ads constantly pop up and take over phone screen. I don't know what changes were made to the most recent update but this calendar app is no longer reliable or of use. Time to find a new calendar app.😥

I LOVE this calendar app. It's easy to use; easy to see mine and my 3 children's color-coded separate schedules on one screen in Full Month view. I love the place to type notes such as addresses or items I need to remember to bring for certain activities. I love that I can set an activity as recurring and delete just one at a time if need be due to a cancellation or whatever. I love that it syncs with Google so that if my phone is lost, damaged, changed, I can get into Google and see everything.

Exceptional!! I have used this for a while with no problems or issues. Upgrading is optional and not forced. The upgrade offers additional features which may be best for business owners or executive use. I like that It's free and easy to use. Plus you can organize by color and view several Google or other calendars in one. Notification reminders always work if you set them. Very pleased with this app!!

OBNOXIOUS, OBNOXIOUS, OBNOXIOUS. I've used this app for years, and suddenly there are LOUD, OBNOXIOUS ads that pop up. I can't shut them up and get out of them by pressing Back or Home. Ads are annoying, but if you're going to have them, at least have silent ones that we can get out of. I also don't like how lately I can't edit "only this event" on a lot of recurring events. It's been fine for years, but suddenly it has issues.

Recently refuses to show any event after October in my monthly calendar. And in my daily calendar does not go beyond more than a week. There is a bug in the app. This happened after I started having trouble with deleting one event in a series of repeated weekly events. It refused to delete. So I went to the first event in the series to delete them all and enter them individually. When I deleted that one event, everything after October in the monthly view went missing. I'm super sad. This was an amazing app until yesterday.

Intrusive ads have made this app useless. I did not have a problem with seeing some ads at the bottom of the screen (small banner), but I do have a problem with the new approach - the pop-up video covering the whole screen without ANY option of closing it is UNACCEPTABLE and shows the LACK OF CONSIDERATION for us, the users. Never thought developers would be so greedy and disrespectful! Thanks for removing 1 essential feature--bday account synchronization. Appalling strategy...

This is the BEST APP for integrating calendars. I have outlook (work) and Google (personal) and it's AWESOME!! It's only missing one thing. Would you ever consider adding the ability to READ the calendar appointments as opposed to notifications? That would be AWESOME. As well as an adding an alarm feature that could read them all for the day. Great way to start the day. I would literally pay year for that ability. Even annually.

Bumped down to 3 stars as issues haven't been addressed in 5 months. + An easy way to to view work and personal calendars in one place and hide one or another from view when needed. - On thing that is annoying (suspect a bug) is that an email reminder gets added to all appointments with no reminder set when I run the sync - please fix! Another thing that puzzles me sometimes is that the appointment time is changing depending on what time zone you are in. So be careful with the birthday dates!!

Flexibility! Been using this for 3 weeks now and has almost all the features I love. Last calendar app discontinued (today calendar-very sad). Color coding, adjust your reminders, create recurring, various views. My only 2 things I would like to see is split view (month/agenda) & the text colors to be bolder. I mostly function in month view so font smaller/paler color. Otherwise loving it. Note I'm a singular user so don't have the need to sync with other devices so can't comment on that.

Last update added 30sec ads that cannot be skipped... Unacceptable for a calendar app. I'm not playing and looking to get some freeby in a game. It's a "business calendar" I want to add an appointment or check my day's schedule. What do I look like in front of a client when some game preview pops up on my phone while he's trying to give me information. Do not use this app.

Best Calender App - Now Ruined Have used this app for years & loved it. As many have stated the updates which have now added full page ads that last 30 secs or more has ruined it. Previous ad formation - bottom of screen only - was fine as you could still see your calendar, etc. No longer. Very intrusive, distracting, & interrupts viewing, editing, or adding events to calendar. Not compatible with work or even personal life. Apparently an effort to force purchase of PRO version = no ads.

I used to like this app, but recently they have included 30 second adds after every event that I add to my calendar. I don't have 30 seconds to wait in some cases when I'm trying to enter information for multiple events. These adds are annoyingly long and won't let you close out of them until they are finished. Please go back to 5 second adds.
