Very disappointing that the app asks for admin access. Uninstalled, no reason to need this for adding or looking at contacts. Edit: the access which is too much is in the Pipedrive API. The app requests admin access from Pipedrive, the access to my phone is expected. Why does the app need elevated access to the crm?
Poor image recognition, still have to manually enter or correct 50% of the card.
Tried to pay but cannot switch to different Google account. Recognition very poor.
bad recognition and then hit me up to pay after install and setup. DELETE !
The eliminates the tedious tasks of copying business card information into spreadsheet and scan the leads directly into the CRM. How cool is that?
It would take a few pages to write a thorough review. I've been using the CamCard app for quite a while, I just don't like the CRM it's integrated with. I would just say that if one compares the CamCard to this app, its like comparing an aircraft to a horse buggy. Both go the distance. I hope these guys would look into it as soon as possible.
Scam - tries to charge you per business card scanned!
Can't get it to work. Says go to Pipedrive and get API code. It's not there. Maybe because i have trial version?? IDK.... Please make it work w/trial version of Pipedrive, so we can evaluate. Thx
Great to have immediate transfer of business card information to Pipedrive. However, improvement needed urgently to ensure full information transfer as it's not ideal currently.
Never been easier to import business cards into Pipe Drive Crm. Not always easy to collect datad on the card correctly, this can be due to a number of issues but does the scanning 92% correctly. Always check your numbers. What I wanted to say is the quality of paper, reflectivity of paper, lighting where your scanning, ink type, colour, font and of course the quality of print. All play a part in getting the info in the box. It's better than DIY.
Saves me a lot of time when adding contacts
Even in English does a poor job. Frustrating
This app does not allow screen overlay to be turned on, which is needed by many other apps. So as of now, this app is useless unless I turn off a very important feature.
Randomly places card info in fields but for the most part does well
Nice, would be 5 stars with a few changes, for examples addresses are messy when exported to Pipedrive, titles do not export correctly, all ends up in a bcr fiekd
