This app is pretty good, however lately it's been getting a bit buggy. And most recently I received an email stating that my credit card on file is about to expire, yet there is no way either online or through the app to access your credit card information. And if that's not bad enough, the support page now gives a 404 error and there is no way to contact support. Soooo, I guess I won't be paying for it anymore : - )
Very frustrated! At the beginning I loved it. Unfortunately most carriers have blocked the SMS so it can't be used bummer. The frustrating part is there's no customer service, no number to call very frustrating. I will have to uninstall it and take the lost on my subscription, No way to get my money back.
Do not trust this app. Help and support links do not exist. Phone number on file goes straight to voicemail. They do not call back. There is no way to cancel this subscription on the app or on their web page on a desktop computer. Complete scam. I would have given no stars if possible.
A great concept and getting better. I originally gave this app 2* but have upgraded it to 4* since it has improved greatly over the years. Definitely worth downloading to use thr free version, and I'm considering upgrading to the paid version.
HORRIBLE! Absolutely NO customer service support. None of the support pages function, no way to contact the company, can't even contact to cancel my trial account which i just got envoiced for. The app works fine but CS is non existent. My point, cant even post my review!
Was good several years ago but features faltered like background graphics for cards. No support and no updates in months. I've got no choice but to bail on it.
Great on website. Awesome ideas! But the app is a total disaster! Loggin is does not work at all. If i could log in and actually send my business card, the app would get 5 stars.
The app doesn't save the info put it when the card is shared o. Android. I keep sending the card and I have lost a lot of contacts this way
Installed the app and when I tried to save a section of the info choices it looked like it saved but when I went to see it it wasn't there. Tried 6 or 7 times. Gave up. Uninstalled.
I like this app very much but I changed phones. I installed the app on my new phone but can't get access to the contacts (people I texted card to over the past year). Does anyone know the answer?
All of my sent links get automatically blocked by chrome browsers because of "Privacy" on most androids which lead to frustrated clients. Ineffective.
Wow. This app worked when I first downloaded it but I found out that nobody has received my digital b card in months. This app has damaged my reputation and cost me money. No support, just taking my freaking money. Screw these people. I hope they get CoronaVirus 🙏
paid for a month of premium. does not send out cards via SMS or email. tried to contact support and their page is down.
I tried to switch back to the free version and I did but I'm still being charged monthly. I don't see anything in the back office to stop the payments
I requested THREE times to cancel the paid subscription. This company has ignored my emails. They owe me $21!
It's no longer working. It was pretty good initially. App closes upon opening.
Couldn't sign up, due to an error occurred at the send activation email. (Attempted multiple times)
Used to be so great but has steadily went down. Can't do any of things I used to and lost a bunch of my contacts.
Great at first then got message aprivate connection cant be established. Meaning it's been hacked

Dont download this app. They set it up in a way that have to jump through hoops to cancel it.

Do not pay for premium or get tricked into inputting your billing information. Inigo has no contact information, email, address, or phone number that is valid/monitored. Once you give them your info, you will have no method of canceling or editing your subscription. You will end up like me and have to dispute the charge annually. Even getting a new credit card number won't stop the charge as they are linked directly to your credit account.
