Consistently cannot answer incoming calls. My phone rings, I hit the green "answer" button, but it doesn't pick up. Have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and the problem persists. I can pick up, maybe, 20% of incoming calls.

Constantly notifies me I have voicemails when there aren't any. Can't dial contacts from the cell phone's contact list unless you copy and paste the number into the dialer. Would be helpful to be able to select which screen is the default 'home' screen when the app is opened. Need to be able to set a schedule so this app isn't ringing outside of work hours - without affecting the settings for the desk phone or other apps/devices

I'm so glad I read these reviews they made me feel less alone in my frustration with the digital voice app and "business digital website" both of which have been useless! Over the past 3 + days I have spent 3-5 hrs on the phone, looking for answers and support online, waiting on hold and have spoken to varying verizon support/service staff from all 4 corners of the earth *2 at the vary least. Regardless of how many times I attempt to reset my password the system tells me "it's wrong. IT IS NOT!

Please implement all the options from the old app, specifically the "Anywhere" option, it's very important. Thank you! I will change my rating right after you come up with the update. *** Update. I found the option, it was hidden in the calling option. The menu could me more intuitive though.

Continuously logs me out and I miss phone calls all the time because of it. It also is currently not allowing me to sign into the app. It states my log in info is incorrect. I have changed my password 3 times, uninstalled the app twice, restarted my phone and it still states it is incorrect. I will allow me to log in with my info on the website, but not the app.

I asked verizon support to submit a feature request and the person helping me said to suggest the feature enhancement here. 1- I would suggest exposing the notification settings for the app within the app, 2- having the option to change the default home screen -I would want the dial pad as the default screen 3- enable the chat service in the mobile and desk top app to use RCS to message cell phones not just other devices running digital voice connect in my account

Absolutely disgusted w/ Verizon, This App, and the service. I have been complaing about this app and the broken promises from the sales rep that sold me on VOIP vs the land line I had w/ Verizon in the past. I am now stuck w/ this service due to the 2 Year Contract they will not break. I complained immediately but was looking for another provider and went over the 30 Day grace period. I have lost hundreds of calls. The app shuts down, doesnt ring, is inconsistent.

Awful awful awful. Customer services are liars too. Have spent hours trying to get this to work, there is no where I can call that can help. They are all clueless. Doesn't come up as my business number but as my cell number so I obviously can't make calls from home. The customer service rep tried saying in 3 years he's worked there no one has ever had that problem. Nice lie, because on 3 cell phones I tried it happens with all of them. This is a huge issue and is a total scam.

This app is soooo disappointing! I regret switching and I am missing important calls because It logs me out and 99% of the time when I try to open it I get a error message! Verizon, really?!?! For such a big network.

App worked fine (well mostly) until end of June 2021 when I started not being able to dial out using Call Through. Error Msg states "IMRN allocation failed'. Signed out, uninstalled. Still not working. Of course Verizon's usual "help" is useless. Wading through a zillion different forums to find an answer is my only recourse since trying to get a human or even a phone# to a person who can help is always fruitless.

Part two of my story ~ my iPhone 8 gotten stolen and the person that stolen it some how gotten put in his name but forgot to get insurance. I had applecare Plus lost and theft. The insurance company and apple told me although I had the bill of sales insurance pictures, I couldn't get a replacement. Useless just like finding a good service rep at Verizon. Put in a service ticket after 2 hours and 4 reps on 6/26/21. Still not a call back. App does not allow us to mask our cell with our business number. IMRN allocation failed error msg. No one at Verizon knew what that was. Find a different app.

Couldn't get login page to work. Can only type in password. Can't use with password manager to paste. Verified user/pass 3 times and it won't log in. Waste of time. Just use call forwarding.

Awful app don't work and no voicemail does on this Galaxie 21 the ones that are loadable delete your information and everything And voicemail still won't work sad that they know this but won't make it right continue to charge me for half a phn plus made me lose my job because they said the didn't feel comfortable typing my boss a letter when I miss a message call to come in lost a job and a surgery and still continue to lie & rip me off .
