One time pin Keyboard is not working after last update of the app. Cannot log in.
This is so frustrating, I was trying to log in and was told to upgrade my app, I tried to download a new app but it needs the password and i tried the password I always use and then it says, the token and all that,but I still couldn't be helped,I even went to the bank twice, they couldn't help me.
Absolute junk. How is it possible that something as critical as banking can have such a shameful app. It won't even let me login with the credentials I use a dozen times a day. How are your clients meant to trust Standard Bank if this is all they can come up with.
I am not able to download app to my phone, after I deleted the old app which were no longer compatible with my phone. I need the app to make payments. People at Bank not able to help. Online service also not able to help.
I can not log into the mobile app after signing in. It keeps asking for a security token that is not being sent to my phone. This app is not working at all!
I am unable to log in with the username, password that I use on the desktop version. When I enter the token pin, the app says my password is incorrect.
What's wrong with your apps????? Can't get to log in my account!!!! Need to make online payments!!!!! I've downloaded many apps of standard bank, can't find "token on my device"!!! Why do you change apps??????
Can't log into the app. Says incorrect password but password works on desktop app. No contact info when pressing telephone icon.
Terrible, i called the call centre 2 times still not assisted. Keeps saying incorrect login details yet they are exactly the same as the one i use on my desktop
I think standard bank is playing us games, is been 6 months now, still trying to open standard bank app, no luck ,please help us.
I can't log in to the upgraded version....I never had this problem with the older version
trying to sign in for the first time and it keeps telling me to type in the security code displayed on the token device, which is clearly not visible to me.
My experience with this App has been excellent. It has made banking easier

Cannot use. Keeps saying to quote number from 'token device'. ? No number comes thru anywhere!
I'm unable to gain access even after putting all my details and number on my token.
I can't login because it keep asking token number sent to my device but there's no number sent to my phone.
Unable to sign in on the mobile app. This does not work at all.
Glad to have access on the go, no need to power up my laptop.

What is this token device that you refer me to. Please use language every one will understand. Please work on this app and make it more easier to use.

Great App. All my banking is now possible in my palm...
Please help I can't find the security code " displayed on my token".
Can't even login to the app. It just shuts down after entering your details.
