The app is nice when actually using it but twice now it stops delivering notifications at random and reinstalling does not fix it. And yes, I have notifications allowed for the app. But this is a very significant issue as timely responses are very important for work and I have to open the app to even see I've been messaged.
after hours of research between the play store and the PC this app is by far the BEST if you have a huge customer base. one blast text and you can add an image as well. simply an Amazon app, above all the rest!!!!
Excellent system...but if you are an android user you can't open half the messages...apple users can open all messages but not so much with android. Also just upgraded to S10+ and cannot get any notifications. 5* system 2* app if you are an android user. (Also 5* app if you are an apple user)
Very bad experience, paid for the mass texting, they charged me and I could never use what I paid for, tried to get in contact with someone in that company but no one answered. I got charged for something that I never got to use.
Great product. There have been some bugs here and there, but support is always ready to help. More development is needed in some areas, but the app has promise and works well. Pricing is higher than one might think, but still very competitive to other options. Overall I'd recommend anyone to try this app.
This app has constant issues. Constantly need to reload the app to see current messages. Whatsapp does not work at all. Messages still show unread even when read from the computer.
just imported 26 contacts by hand because they were on a different platform, spent an hour making a graphic another crafting a message only to find out i must pay 35$ to send one text message a month. terrible and pointless literately wasted my time
App doesn't really update to real time convos (pixel 3) but does work as notification to go to computer. Otherwise like the app for or yeah to work with our suppliers
i can not get passed the verification code.... tried several phone numbers as well.... oh well
Customer service keeps telling to update the app, but no fix inside!?

I pay 40 dollars a month for this app and had a really important message to send out this morning. All i got was an error message. Unacceptable.
I didn't have the option to upload my excel spreadsheet with all my contacts, in order to send mass text messages. Unless i missed a step, i did not see that option.
The saving grace is the customer service is phenomenal. Quick responses and solution driven. Upload needs extra steps to keep the number type intact, i.e. cell, work
The app would not work at all. As soon as I opened it after down when they get for the very first time it said my trial was expired and wouldn't let me contact customer service to let them know the problem or anything of the sort.

Great product and even greater customer service. Hey market s constantly improving and adding new features. Customer service is tremendous. Will be recommending this to my colleagues for sure. Worth every penny.
Great concept. Biggest issue for me is the limit of 100 for $19.95 a month. For that price it should be unlimited. I suggest a lower price point like $5.99 a month and get more users of the app and have price tiers.
I love how easy it is to use both their website and their app! The entire support team is super friendly and ready to help, they respond to emails crazy fast!
Good concept but price point should be $5.99 a month with limits for power users. I use Burner which is great for me so I can access otp out of the country as well as text message marketing. Everything this app can do I can do with zapier and Twilio so the expensive price point to me is my only gripe. The pros- not a lot of bugs in the app- plenty of useful features, easy sign up flow, loads contacts from device best of all no annoying ads during trial.
