I have used this app for 3 years. It worked flawlessly the first 18 months, then it started to take calls but not ring through the phone. I was missing business calls, and did not know someone called until I got a nasty message or@aaa noticed a bunch of calls were made, but did not ring (notify) the call. I was told to clean data and cache, remove the app, reboot phone and load again. This works for less than 24hours then goes back to same problem
Inconsistent. This app is so unreliable, I've had it for some time and it gets worst as time goes by, if I could take the number I'd drop my subscription. I get voice mails and no calls, smh.
We used the app for a long while and had to leave it because of poor customer service, and poor functionality of the app. Here is the most detailed review you will find regarding the cons of this app. 1. You can't access the app from different devices. Only one device! There is an online portal, which was not very functional. 2. The app will mix your personal calls with business calls =lost $$$ ...some business calls will be missed because they are showing as personal. 3. The app will not save your contacts immediately ...you will need to double check several times and refresh to make sure what you saved has been actually saved. 4. Once you leave them and port your number, even if you paid for the month, they will "erase" all your saved contacts/data without notice to have enough time to transfer them. 5. They will yell at you over the phone regarding number (4) on 10/30/18 Representative named (Mike). They will also lie about refunding the balance, which we didn't beven ask for, just access to our portal. 6. You can't block spam/scam numbers yourself or immediately. You have to save them and send them to the company every month/once in a while to have them blocked for you. 7. If you talk or email them several times about number (6), no one cares...they will never improve a poor function. 8. You have to hit (1) on the phone before answering any business call, which is a time waste for every call. If you enjoy any of the above, go ahead and join them.
it does not always do what it is supposed to do. The caller ID is buggy.Calls do not always come through and I find out about them later when checking the app manually. As a business owner, you get what you pay for.
Frustrated. App keeps stopping, takes too long to refresh, and I can't do anything till it finishes. Not a good way to do business.
This app was great up into the moment I purchase a new phone 😖 I called customer service so many times today. I've got completely frustrated 😣 I've installed uninstalled and they've sent me over the same stupid access code and pin and still NOTHING 😡😠 SO I'VE LOST A DAY OF WORK!!! WHEN I HAD THIS SERVICE ALMOST 2 YEARS😖 HE TELLS ME IT'S BECAUSE I HAVE AN ANDROID PHONE WELL HEY CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE BEEN HAVING AN ANDROID PHONE 😡 ALL OF MY PHONES WHERE ARE ANDROID PHONE 😡😠 GET IT TOGETHER
Every time a get a call, even if I IMMEDIATELY press to accept, it says my party has disconnected. REALLY FRUSTRATING if you're trying to run a business.
Text message feature does not work. I'm canceling my subscription after this period. Losing too much business for what I'm paying.

Having issues signing in on a business day and cant get a hold of customer service!!! They do not have business hours on Saturdays!!!! How can I receive calls or remotely sign in when the so isn't working???
Doesn't pick up calls and direct them to voicemail or any of the prompts work for clients when they call

For the most part everything works well accept the text messages have a major problem and need to be fixed. Messages won't send just stuck at sending but other contacts messages go right through. And there should be an option for us to record our own menu options instead of the automated system voice it kind of sounds sucky
I am not sure what's happening whenever Tech tells you to redownload, it loads all of the calls and texts ever made into the phone and you have to delete them one by one. Also it takes a long time lately for texts to Go through. It doesn't alert you either when you have messages, voice or text, unless the ap is running. My phone also does not ring unless the ap is running. Help!!
I've been using this app for several years. I had been happy with it, though it wasn't perfect. Over that time however almost no updates have been created that make the app more usable. All incoming calls get put into my contact list and have to be removed one by one. There is no cut and paste feature for the phone pad, so when you get an email with a phone # you can't cut and paste, how is that even possible? Text delivery has gotten better on the Sprint network and customer service has always been helpful, it just feels like this app is being ignored by uReach.
On several occasions, I have not received notifications for text messages, and I also have not been receiving voicemail alerts or emails.
I've been using this app for several months and it has been working great for me I have all my business calls and all my texts I've been receiving for months now I'm missing out on many calls many texts and I contacted this company in there are they are completely Rude the gentleman I spoke to was very rude and exceedingly disrespectful these people have no disregard for any individual but themselves
Miss IMPORTANT call and text. Works maybe 70% of the time
My phone book is giving all my clients the same name. I don't know how to greet my clients by name now because they all have the same name according to this app. This is something that needs attention for the next upgrade. It is important to know client names.
I like this app and a lot of the features it offers but I rarely get my notifications whether it be text or voice-mail and sometimes even calls. I have called on occasion and they told me to reinstall but it happens frequently.
I'm giving it a little more time
1. No clear way of account self closure 2. expiration of balance upon plan cancellation 3. ARS options available with TTS
been having a few issues since downloading this app. if I try to dial out to a customer I have to hang up because my greeting starts to play. call do not always come in then I get the voice mail of the missed call from my customers. (Super unprofessional) not to answer calls. I need to purchase a second account for another business the app has no feature for that. super inconconvient.
