It's lagging. None of the buttons work. I don't get alerts. And startran really needs to get their bus drivers to use the GPS system. I've missed many buses and had to stand out in the cold. It's truly ridiculous to say you have an app, but the app is poorly developed.
Not really sure what the point of this app is. The only useful part is the alerts for which bus routes are altered at the moment. My Bus Tracker on Android is what I will continue to use on android because I don't see the functional intent for this app.
The app dose what it is supost to do 90% of the time. 10% of the time it will not track busses. I do think part of the issues may be with drivers and standard connection lags from the bus
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!! This app doesnt show where the buses are. it's super slow, the bus tracker app we had before it is 100x better of an app than this one.
Doesn't work. Estimated arrival times are all the same. You can't see where the bus is, that is how far away it is. Very unreliable.
Could be better! Needs to be offline! And it doesn't track any buses that don't turn on the GPS tracker.
the app has bugs. when it says that my bus has already left the pickup point, and in reality has not even gotten there yet.
App barely works. Not all busses have GPS and was told maybe August. Come on Lincoln you have all this stimulus money, stop planning doggie parks and help those that need it.
I have only been in Lincoln for a month and the trip planner is great but they should tell you what # to catch.

This used to work (mostly) fine on my pixel, and I'm dependant on it since I'm disabled, but out of nowhere it refuses to load anything. I actually ended up stranded in the cold for nearly a half hour because I wasn't sure if the bus was even still going or not. This app is terribly optimized, I would be cautious depending on it for times. Edit: Nothing loads anymore, which means I can't view any of the times. I don't recommend this app at all, it can't even load the bus times
