The apps is very useful and convenient. I am always buying ticket only for myself but one day i had to buy a ticket for my nephew(child). There is no option for child ticket during the online booking session. So far the apps have got no problem. I hope sooner or later child ticket option for bus ticket will be available. Keep up the good work 👍
I was able to buy my tickets initially. As time goes on, the app is always stuck. They are supposed to liase with shopback, but I still couldn't buy anything because it always ends up saying sorry you are unable to reserve your seat. Guess what, I changed to redbus for the better.
Im fine with the bus one.. Just a question.. Why for the trains, there's mo more trip from other places.. Now there are only from KL sentral to KLIA and KLIA2.. I love this app.. Can you put it back because I always use this app to buy train ticket from Tanjung Malim to KL sentral.. (The KTMBerhad app is annoying)
Website and app both easy to use. Many choices for routes, trip, operators and price comparison, definitely will recommend to my friends to book with them.
After updated, my account disappear including all the points. I can't even sign in, forgot ps also the system show my acc never sign in before. It's means that they deleted my account!!
Really need to improve alot. The ticket does not contain the seat number. Plus there is no button for booking cancellation. Before book they mention the ticket is refundable, but that is not the case after booking is done.
Worst ever, they sent link to activate but after that it can't log in because not yet activate! 10 times already try but failed. The account not yet activated. Circulated each times, what a lost time to do it?!
I've tried to register my email and the system prompted that it had been used in the system. But when I request to reset my password, it then notified that the email has not been registered. What's going on here?
don't use it if your trip is canceled..it's not easy for you to get a refund..wasting your time..will give you a reason to wait for the bus operator..
I have pay via ip88 for a ticket .. and get email about the payment is success .. when i go to the link and check the ticket and put in the ref . No the ticket was label to unpaid . This is so fk sht
Why now cannot login use gmail like previous? When I want to signup again use my gmail, cannot be register since already existed in your database but when i want to login use the same email, cannot login since it pop up said not registered email. Please link back to our gmail for login.
Confirmed booked 4 tickets. On the day waited but bus did not arrived even after scheduled time. Called bus company and was told they did not received my booking. What dah?
This app needs a lot of improvements. The ticket doesn't show in full in the app.
Please update your apps.... I already buy the ticket but it cannot slide to the left to see the seat or name other than that is reallly goood

Best online ticketing for purchase bus tickets.. User friendly, customer service also friendly.
Until now they don't refund my money, how many month to wait. Haved to been faster on refund issue or else this apps will be rating as bad.
From Bot Miles to booking still ask for code, there's none and can't remember the code before installing app.
I selected my seat tat is available but this app book for me other seat. Very very slow response .
Before I use my Google account to login after update I can't login.... All my point are gone...

Very good and easy to purchase a bus ticket. Can use the e-ticket to board the bus unless for transnasional u have the print out the e-ticket. The best part can buy return ticket with this apps which i think other apps didnt provide this return tucket. Every ringgit spend here got a point which can exchange for next purchase. So for now this apps is the best on the market. Only please improve your e-ticket to more colourfull and easy to look.
