Ive been using busy busy for 4 years and have saved my company tens of thousand of dollars. As a small business owner this app is invaluable!! I would highly recommend using it. Support is fantastic, they helped my customize it for my needs. The app is constantly improving with more options being added. If your reading negative reviews it most likely because it's not being used properly. For me, it's the best continuous improvement made to my company in years.
This app is garbage and I wish I wasn't forced to use this trash. You can make it better by making the damn thing work. I have to un-install and Re-install this stupid app at least 3 times a week.
Over priced. They charge you for yourself. So 1 employee = $24/mo. 3 employees = $48/mo. They're not up front about this. Most the features are difficult to find. Have fun spending time looking things up with this app. Also the gps is pointless. You get no notifications when employees leave the jobsite. The only way you'll know if they left is if you individually check each employee and for every day they worked. Very tedious to say the least.
We used to use paper time cards, and payroll was almost never accurate. We had guys that would not fill out time cards until the day before payroll. Since we have started using busy busy, we have increased profits and there's no question to what payroll should be. Now we get real time updates, not cards filled out from guys trying to remember what they did two weeks ago, resulting in more billable hours for work done. Customer service is amazing too.
It works for what it is. It would be nice to have a widget on the home screen where you could use the buttons without opening the app. Also wish that you could access a job's address a little quicker
App works well when it isnt crashing. when i clock out for the day half the time the app crashes. unable to clockout but the time keeps running.
It is very difficult to use and not very user friendly it akso is very easy to check in and out and you can mistakenly check in or out without knowing you did so so it kinda is more inconvienient that helpful.
This app is absolutely horrible I'm strongly considering quitting my job since they started using this horrible app. It crashes constantly it turns on and off by itself it misses hours you worked let me tell you I've been using this horrible app for a month now and I'm done with its B.S
Tried most competitors. One of only two I would use - and by far the simpler. Great usability, no training required. Great support and customer-focus.
Good app but having issues clocking out . When I clock out at the end of the day, it clocks out but after 2 sec it clocks back in as if I didn't clock out

Wonderful program. I just wish that I had the ability to make Corrections for jobs on the day of the job.
