Worked spotty until my Android phone updated today. Now won't work at all! Not sure if it's the app or phone, but the app tells me it is unavailable and to reboot my device and try again (something I've done now more than a dozen times). My bet is, given its history , it's the app. Just will always remember what a CU clerk told me one time that I'll always remember, and it applies to the app as well: Don't use your Armco Credit Union account as your primary funding source. Enough said.

This app has always had trouble with mobile check deposits. I've had to start signing them in Sharpies to get it to read my signature. Now, the app will work for a day, and then I'll try to open it, and it won't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it 5 times over the course of a week. It works for a little, then back to the same thing. Not worth the space it takes up on my phone.

simple no glamor. All see is balances, can do transfers but more than likely will have to go to a branch. Thankfully this isn't my main bank. I got locked out on a Friday but no one for customer service until Monday..during banking hours.

This app is garbage. Wont work more often than it will and no one is ever around to take phone call. Worst app ever!

My online acct froze, they're unable to help. You have to go to the branch which is absurd to transfer money instead of online

App crashes immediately, i have tried all troubleshooting steps. Only way i can get it to work is to uninstall and reinstall, and then it only works for one log in.

This app is one step from useless, I'd rate it zero if I could. I can see my balances. That's it. Can't see history or transactions, but balance sure. Did anybody test this or did Bob from India say this was very very good and you went with it?

I give this app one star. It's capabilities are hit and miss and one day it works and then it does not. When I need to transfer money to purchase gasoline for instance I find the app not to work and myself in a situation that I cannot alleviate do to the bank itself freezing my account in which I have to go through a lot of phone calls to discover a remedy. My son is having similar problems on his new phone. The old app worked better but your company feels it needs more security. My money is so secure I cannot even access it unless I want to drive 54 miles to get it and that is when I am home. I work on the road and bank with this app I find unreliable and I don't want to suffer because your app fails me. Just this weekend I used the app and it worked great went to work and on the way home needed gas so I tried to transfer money to purchase it and was rejected do to an error then I drove home on an empty tank and when I got home my wife wanted to go somewhere and thank god I had a few gallons in a can or I would be walking to work tonight.

I like the app. Like other reviewers said it is hit and miss. One day it will deposit checks no problem the next it doesnt. Really inconvenient.

Useless, shows connection error and will not show account t info at all.

I wish BAECU stuck with the old app...it was awesome...this one is awful

Since the last update I repeatedly get connection errors. More often than not I can't access the app. It's a huge disappointment since I use the mobile deposit and transfer features alot. Previous version worked flawlessly. I see many reviews with the same issues but no responses from developer. This is a huge disappointment. The credit union is wonderful & has excellent staff but it's not convenient to go there every time I need to do something. Previously, the app was a lifesaver. Now, it's not.

Connection error--you have to use the log in name and password from the website. This changed with the update! No more connecting error!😊

Never had an issue connecting until this update. Please fix. Very inconvenient am aggravating.

New update results in connection errors and invalid log ins! My son and daughter also can't access their accounts now. How about verifying the app works BEFORE changing it next time!

More than 70% of the time i get a connection error since the app updated. I like the new look but it's pointless if the app doesn't work

New update ruined an app that worked perfectly. Never had a bug for years, now probably 60% of logins result in "connection error" message. No good to me if I can't use it.

I need to transfer money now, not when the app decides to work.

Loved this fast, easy to use app. But it seems that ever since the last update at least 75% of the time I receive a connection error message when trying to login into the mobile app. Please fix!!!

Tired of the connection error, the old app was so much better.

It never let's me log in. It always says there is a connection error.
