This app is great for those of us that don't like long workouts/or to workout but know we must do something to combat FLAB! I am able (50+ yrs old) to do the exercises although some were easier than others. Some exercises I have had to adjust due to past surgery but overall the app is easy enough to follow & ONLY TAKES A FEW MINUTES.

Great beginner level 30 day challenge but they forget to mention that you can only get through half of the 30 days before they cut you off and require payment. Perhaps "free" means something different now? Very disappointing :(

Just started my exercise workout with the app, and so far I enjoyed the first set of exercises although the only thing I didn't notice was that during the routine it doesn't give you the instruction to change to the other leg the routine ends with just the one leg you start off with...it should alternate between both that's all.

I actually like this app ..you can make your own workout based on the exercises they have ..there are plenty to choose from or you can just do one that comes with the app..the ads can be annoying but not enough to make me not want to use the app as is ..

Their other apps that have 30 day Calendar are great, but when I go to this app, I have to first watch a video, I watch the advertisement video and it still does not let me do the work out , it just keeps showing other video advertisements.

Really good for working your muscles. Gives good results. I had no bum before this and another app I used to use and now you I can see the difference wearing tighter clothing and see a more peachy bum 😂 the workouts are not too long so you can always do them whenever you have a spare 10 minutes and you'll see a differece.

Well I like this app cuz it's not as complicated as others and is better than others. Me personally I have a big but and this is giving me a bigger one and gives me other things to do when I'm bored. I really recommend this to people that are bored and need something to do to keep you active.and you should have some water by side and dink it ever rest time it's helpful.

This workout actually gets to you its amazing and i'm feeling better and thicker already if I could give this app more than infinte stars I would but mainly i'm just happy to be getting back into shape and having the body I desevre to have so you women out there searching for a good app to use I recomend this one cause this works you I just wish I could do all of them at one time but you can do 12 exersises at at time but just keep going back and picking the others but you should use this app!!!

This app is really helpful....I recommend this app for people who don't have time to go to the gym. My only difficulty is that I get strains/leg pains before the break and it won't relief me until probably 5secs into another exercise..By the way, I just installed this app yesterday and trying it this morning
