Larger screen image please. Keep developing 😄, perhaps in combo with building other areas of body eg. Chest. I play with spotify music of choice in the background. Need coaching voice to be slightly louder to hear, though I guess if know routine it wouldn't matter as much. Be good to know how to weight/control legs when performing moves. Do you have progressive steps too? Could be developed to increase resistance with belts and dumbbells.
I love this app!! for those saying it doesn't have a pause button, yes it does it's in the new update! I was happy to see the more intense workouts that even was hard for me, a swimmer, lacrosse player and former gymnast. this app can even set reminders. I live this app and use it every morning as well as the 7 min workout and ab workout they have.
Love the app so far. The pace is my kind of pace. I may change the rating once i start seeing results. I like it saying half way there and counting down the last 3 seconds out loud. The exercises are good as well. Really easy interface.
Starting out its easy and didnt notice how much it was actually preparing me for the next level. Today i stepped it up to a little more intense session and i was sweating by the middle to end . It was awesome, i feel amazing. Only thing i would add would be a 5 min stretch for legs,but and back befor starting. Mainly thigh and lower back . I will recommend this app.
I would really like to do this app but it goes incredibly way TOO fast! And there's no pause button! I get 10 seconds to rest but I can't even get into the next position that fast and then they're arty starting to do the count and I'm barely getting into position before they move onto the next one
Nice sweat with simple, joint friendly exercises ❤️ I love how I can progress the intensity of the workout, and it gives me a timeframe. There is no excuse not to workout if I have a time issue. My concern is there isnt a way to make sure you are performing the excercise correctly once you start performing the more complex routines.
It's quite fast to be honest but it's good as it makes you push yourself for the 7 minutes and the break in between each workout is just enough for the muscles to refresh quickly. I like it and I feel a good pump from using this app and pushing myself
after the last update this app turned really gorgeous its have a lot of different kinds of exercises and you can choose which one would you like to try and start doing it it's very easy ,no adds ,a very perfect exercise app
I love how easy it is to learn the workouts, the diagrams are really helpful and even if I stumble through it I'm tired by the end. Great for beginners like me trying to start small!
Other apps like this automatically pause if you minimize the app to do something else like read a text or check your calendar. If this app would pause when inactive, then I'd give 4 or 5 stars.
Thank you for redesigning this app! Now the only thing that could be better is I wish we could turn the audio up even louder, but i was using it back when we couldn't turn it up at all, so i can't complain.
Very simple to use. Works great for a free app.was just hoping the demo would work- essentially just able to load the word description without the movement. All great otherwise.
needs a pause button. also would be better if i could reorder (so im not getting up and down off the floor) and delete certain exercises (have to skip side squats).
Love this app (super lazy) I'm heading on a cruise in 3 months and needed something to jumpstart my workout sessions. This app did that for me. I mean, if I cant commit to 7 minutes, then something is wrong. Super sore the first 2 weeks. Third week is coming and I'm about to go up to 15 minutes!
Yes there are ads, but only at the beginning of the workout, not in the middle. The guide is easy to follow and the workouts will definitely give you a sweat. You really can't ask for more in a free app.
Apparently great! Best app for gluteus workout. It talks, you don't have to look at the screen all the time. You can adapt it for you. Great!
By 7 mins, I'm definitely sweating a little so I go for 1-2 more rounds. Some of these workouts can be used with a dumb bells or stretch bands for better workout! 4/5 stars=always room for improvement!
The available options are great but their isnt much variety available without paying. so if you want more options pay for the app.
great exercises, easy to follow, set your own music or use your own. Would only like it more if there were more workouts :)
I love this app its free and has wonderful workouts to do at home when you cannot go to the gym especially during these uncertain times its been a life changer and its easily explained the workouts i love it
The workouts / app itself is great, but the battery usage is HORRIBLE. There isn't a single application, game, etc. which has ever come close to using as much battery as this app. Over 100% battery usage per-hour. I wouldn't be surprised if they are processing something (Crypto, analytics, etc.) in the background.
