This app is exactly what I was looking for, I like that it allows me to choose which stage that I feel comfortable in. I can choose the medium level workout if I feel like easy or beginners course is just not enough of a workout for me. But let me warn you that just because you feel as if your not working any muscles on the beginners course, take my advice and wait until you wake up the next day before you go and over do it, if your not use to working out, I would move up SLOWLY!!
The workouts are perfect. It would be more convenient if the app could save the progress midsession, and I coyld continue where I left off later. Also I liked the older version more. Updating made the levels I had already achieved unavailable (VIP) and I couldn't make a costum session anymore. And it used to be offline but now for even calculating the duration of the workout I must go online.
Easy to use app. Basically there's a calendar and each day you click on the day and then do a certain amount of exercises. For medium, so far it's been 7. It has a little gif to help you know what you are doing and when you are done you click next. This is super helpful because most exercise apps are timed so I appreciate that this is not. Then you continue with your exercises and it beeps when you go to your next one. I like doing this in the morning at home because it has very little sound.
This is a pretty good app. The examples of how to do the exercises are helpful to me and the point system and simple preset routines help me stay accountable and work out every day. My one complaint is that you don't seem to get points for self created workouts yet. All in all, a pretty good exercise app.
Love having the avatar show the exercise while I do it. The only issue I have with it is that you know what exercise is next but you don't know the number of reps so you have to waste energy looking at your phone before the reps and sometimes your phone is too far. Other than that it's more of a 5 Star workout application.
This app is by far one of the best. I deleted it for a short amount of time in the midst of trying out other fitness programs, and found that this one gives the best results, especially when the workouts are placed on a setting of two laps. I've never been more proud of a workout app. Thanks peeps!
My problem with working out is consistency. This app makes it easier with daily reminders. I also love how the daily regiment changes and there is a cute animation to show how to properly do each work out. There is a rest period in between work outs and best of all you it allows you to do each set AT YOUR OWN PACE.
I do like the app in general. The 21-day cycles make it easy to maintain. The only issue I have is the spacing between the rest days especially if you are going from one category to the next. There doesn't seem to be consistency. At the beginning, there around 5 days apart then it suddenly becomes like 3. If you finish the last 3 days of one 21-day cycle and you immediately do the next, you're talking about 8 days with no break. That just seems like a lot to me, but besides that, no complaints.
Great exercises. I love that its hard core. But some encouraging voice clips. And some tips to make the exercise better verbally would be great. Thats the only reason i would not give this app 2 stars more. Otherwise fantastic!
This app helped me to gain motivation to get in shape. Exercises are well structured for beginners as it starts slowly and you can arrange how many laps you want to do. Highly recommend it.
I really like the workouts but I hate the ads. They constantly interrupt my phone usage, text messages and important conversations. what a hassle.. I may have to delete it after this workout.
I am using this app as a bridge between a lazy summer and a fitness orientated winter.Its perfect so far for getting back into shape. I love the simplicity of it and the fact theres no music .
Love the sequence of exercise. Every day a little harder. Never boring. No stupidly long rest times. It would help to have the information about the repetitions you n the rest time. Otherwise perfect.
Super app! Loving the ease and simplicity of the format, whilst also getting progressively challenging workouts. And being able to adapt them as I go.
At first I was hesitating to try this app and whether I would stick to the routine or not... but fortunately the app was very helpful and both challenging and motivating .I really loved it, I hope that you try it ❤ ... I wonder if there is a similar one for the abs
Amazing app, lots of nice exercise on 3 diffrent levels, motivating point system. Other apps do not have as advanced levelas this one, with really challenging exercises, I love it!I recommend it!
Very doable whatever your ability. Like that the example keeps playing while I'm doing the exercise. Allows you to go at your own pace.
Omg!!! Best app ever I swear from the first exercise I felt my legs burning! After the seventh exercise I can't even feel my legs!!!!And it's like a game it incourages you to exercise inorder to win points to open up knew exercises!I honestly recommend this app very strongly! I LOVE IT!!!
This is the first time I finished all days of trainings. I totally like it! I had some problems with self-discipline untill I met this app. Damn, when you start seeing the progress, you will never be thinking about concede! I'm so grateful to developers :D
To be honest it's a really good app it has a alarm and you could set it up at the exact time you want to start the workout and when your done with the workout it tells you how many minutes you've have done for the exercise.
After month and half of doing exercises I really see the improvement. All exercises are shown, easy to do. Strongly recommend this app, thank you for your job!
This has been the only app to get me moving in years. I like the variety n duration of the exercises. It makes it easy to hit that another lap button. lol
beat app exercise experience yet. I love that you can go at your own pace and there is no annoying music, just a stop watch that really helps me keep up...but again it's optional (your timing), all that matters is the number of reps you complete. So if your looking to be timed for each set, not this app, however it does give you an overall workout time, including your rest. I also like the option each day of "easy" med." or "hard" and the option to do as many sets as you like for bonus points!
