I haven't tried Intermediate yet but in beginner I've seen results in my glutes (minor tho) but then again I haven't finished beginner and haven't started Intermediate. Maybe I'll get more results when i get to Intermediate. Workouts are pretty easy though with a little push everyday with rest days programmed in the plan (So do it like everyday). And they last about 5 to 10 minutes everyday. Overall pretty good app, only works are free though.
The exercises are great. However, the stupid ads pop up in the middle of the exercise. One must stop exercising, close the ad, and then resume the exercise. How totally inconvenient. Show the ads ONLY during the 10second break
I love this App. id used it before and had to find it again after deleting. I remember the first time i used it my friend described my legs as THUNDER LEGS lol. so you know i didnt want to lose my thunder legs. i had to find the App and the results are almost instant. i also enjoy the days of rest that the app gives after every three days :). its absolutely perfect for my busy world.
At the start of the app work out, the excercises were varied. Throughout each level the excercises became repetitive. Good workout but variety would have helped boost the results.
The exercises were ok. It glitched out a bunch, there are too many ads and the speaker can't pronounce seconds. She pronounces it sea-conds, it's pretty distracting. Not my favorite app.
Too quick. Just give a set amount of reps to do. To do your reps safely and efficiently in the time you're given you can only do a max of 8 on most exercises, which is extremely basic and not giving you anything to progress towards. So this app doesn't really give you a good workout
this app definitely gives excellent results and each session is short enough to fit in anytime rather than make time. fantastic motivator , so far, I'm stoked 😁👍
Used this app on and off for years (3 years) still effective, I don't mind the app having ads at the end or at the beginning of the exercise, it helps keep the app afloat, thank you! 💕
Ads is one thing but playing the sound when I have it off is weird, if ads & playing it while muted worked,I would've gave it 5 stars. Understand the point of ads but if I have it muted why is it still playing
I completed the hardest course, but the rest days stay undone for unknown reason. tapping on them doesn't help(it keeps saying 7 days left(rest days) 76%complete).In stead of getting any kind of achievement I got a bit disappointed
Easy to use. Great instructions. Challenging yet doable workouts. I always feel great when I've finished a workout. Thanks!
As a really unfit beginning these exercises give a good workout. I'm trying to be disciplined to do them daily. Today is my first day. Hoping to get some results by the end of the challenge. can anyone else share their results?
I like the guidance it gives as well as the fact that it sets my pace for the routines. I'm just on day 2, but I like it!
Great work out for lifting glutes and toning. If your doing it correctly you will even notice a diffrence in your abs. You have to follow it and rest on the days they tell you too. Good luck...
I wish you give atleast 20 second break between exercise for the person to take a good position. They can injured themselves with this 10 second break.
at first i find it very helpful and still do but after the last update all my info were all gone. please do something about this. i really like this kind of apps but it kinda brings me down to think im gonna be starting from zero all over again.
best workout app!!!!!! love that it shows hip thrust n bulgrian split squats with no equipment im like so stoked that ut dies cuz i do thrm off my bed n i rsther fo it tbis wAy by far until i get my olave again the n ill get s portable bench set i wish u showed the whole body cuz or maybe your next video can be like thst cuz the the hip trust def work thr triceps i love it this app is great so much results the best G3 which is the 3 muscle in the glutes that this app works great , be determined
very easy and simple, the exercises are great and you can see reasults very quickly
this app is really amazing it actually works and the workouts arent to intense but it works and it gives you testing time so that i really like
I mean...it's a decent app. It could use some works but it could possibly potentially help me lose a few pounds.
It is a really good app.... helped a lot.. but it has too many ads. I hate it.

Great app! Very easy to follow the instructions and you really feel that you did some great workout!
It's a great program. I don't mind the ads but I don't like when the ads play during the workout
The time to do the exercises are great, but no music for entertainment
Good workout , however I hit the advanced workout nd the 30 seconds per exercise isn't enough for advanced .. that's the only issue . I have to do it 3 times straight to feel satisfied . Been working out for 7 months so for someone who's been doing it it doesn't feel like it's enough u can only get a set of ten in in 30 seconds nd that's if speeding threw which isn't good while working out . Going slower works better . If it wasn't for that it would be great bc the exercises them selves is awesome 😊
