This is a great app and I would recommend it to anyone! This is my 6th day using this app on the hardest plan and I can already see some results! While I do sometimes swich out one exercise for another (because maybe my goal was a bit too ambitious 😅), I never skip them. If these are the results I'm getting from the first week, I can't wait to see the results when I'm finished!
