I do this workout and 30 day abs. My heart rate is just as it is when I run on a treadmill. I sweat a lot doing the daily workouts and that is one of my goals --- to sweat. I absolutely love this, especially with the coronavirus pandemic causing shutdown of most businesses, including local gyms. I mute the voice. It counts slower than I do the exercises so I have to constantly move forward before it finishes counting. It counts too slow in my opinion.

This is absolutely awesome i tried over a dozen apps for weight loss and all of them charge its crazy when u need to be healthy but noone can help without money its a sad day when women cant support and build up other women without the cost of memberships.
