Buy Bitcoin, cryptocurrency - Spot BTC wallet

I generally don't have any issues with the app, but lately the app keeps crashing. It won't completely open up, then crashes. Please fix this issue. I can't check on my crypto, because it won't let me get that far in the process. UPDATE-02-06-2022-- I still can't access my account. It buffer spins for about a minute, then crashes. I have no access at all to my crypto at this time. Please fix this problem.UPDATE02-07-2022 We have a winner!! It's working again. Thank you!! "SPOT" ON!!!!❤👍❤

So far its been pretty easy to use as in verification, purchasing, and sending, in a quick timely manner. I gave it a 4 star because from the app, it gave me the impression that transactions were instant which wasn't. Dont get me wrong. Transactions were quicker then most exchange sites or apps, and very easy to understand and all. But it wasn't instantly, which is why I gave it a 4 star. Overall process of registering, verification,buy,send wait time took about, 40 minutes, so pretty good.

Smooth, great ticker app. I don't use the wallet because paper wallets are the way to go with this stuff, so I cannot attest to the built in wallet, but I would think it's very convenient. the ticker is fantastic though. Only thing missing is a dark UI. Oh, and the support section is cool, you get a real person really quick.

I can't find lite coin (LTC) on your app, apart from the lack of more important token such as LTC and TRX, I have no problem with your app.

Recent updates have been disappointing. App is now acting primarily as a wallet with a wallet tab acting as the default tab when the app opens with no way to change it which is frustrating. There's also now a new mandatory light/white theme with no other options available to change to. The Watchlist feature has now gone as well.

Their main feature used to be that you were able to watch your portfolio across exchanges and other wallets. You could "spot" your portfolio, hence the name. Unfortunately, it was silently removed and now it's just a regular wallet. It has a nice design but it has become useless to most of the early adopters of the app. Such a shame.

Just installed last night, unfortunately the option to link to exchanges keeps crashing at the moment so I manually input the majority of my transactions and it accurately calculated my holdings, net costs, and profit/losses. I'd give 5 if all the functions worked correctly.

Easy And Painless! Probably the best and last app I will ever use to purchase crypto currency. Most are scams or charge incredibly high fees! Although I only rate it 4 stars because I feel it's missing some features but all in all Great App. Honest App. Yes I will recommend this app to anyone since you make it so quick, easy and painless.

The cost of buying and selling on this app is crazy. Crazy high percentage taken off. All in all it seemed to cost a total of about 7 pounds on a sum of 105 pounds !!!! Thats just for selling. The cost of buying was even more !!! They maybe a small company but that's crazy. It's not scraping of a percentage it's taking a substantial amount of the investment.

A solid 2 stars is way more than enough! I am not going to go into explaining, but incase if the web developers were to ask me, then they would already know why...to make it short, I invested out of a $20, $30, and another $20 and never got anything back.

I really loved everything about this app especially the multiple (manual) portfolio option. The Developer really did a great job. However, I would suggest you add the feature that show overall total of asset's all together in all portfolio (s)

Easy to setup but theres risk in using cloud as a backup platform. Also, the referral period is already finished (1Q 2021), so new users must be informed easily, the info must be written not just inside the service policy but in the ads also. I will update this review soon.

I was quite surprised and impressed by the customer service support and such I received from SPOT. I had actually made an error in my account set up, and it would have been no fault of SPOT, I messaged customer service regarding my concern/question and I feel they provided exceptional service. And followed through! of course they fixed my issue (hence 5*) But good business minded folks running the company! Customer satisfaction is key! Very impressed actually for an online app company to care!

Just started on Spot and figuring everything out but so far so good. I'll update this again on a few weeks

Too soon to tell only just installed but would be great to buy crypto with Google play credits option haven't quite found and apps that do mostly people have to turn I into a gift card and list it but other than that a learn and earn option within the app or watch adds for crypto earnings always help keep your wallet holders returning daily if you look into these options ill make it a 5 but for getting back to me ill adjust to 4 stars for now

Update: Another star removed! Yes crashing issue has been fixed but you just tried to charge me $8 to exchange $100 of BTC, why do I need to pay such expensive rates to 2 different companies when Luno provide a better service at a fraction of the cost?! Then a chat bot chased me for payment and when I replied it said you usually take around 3 hours to reply!? Seriously..? I miss the old Spot app. I'm uninstalling. Please delete any info records of mine you have.

Extremely slow and buggy, the fees are ridiculous. Can't mute notifications through the app even after "disabling notifications". Don't recommend.

Spot is by far the best and easiest way to buy and sell crypto. The fees are small too!Thank you spot team for all your support! I was having such a hard time recieving my funds but the spot team stuck with me and finally were able to solve my problem. Highly recommend this app if you are thinking about getting into crypto.
