This is the most useless app on Google I recommend they remove it and just ban the developer for wasting people's time and frustrating who is already frustrated. This app will decline your payment method billions of times without any reason. I called my card issuer and they told me my card was OK, I had to activate travel option to see if it works yet it doesn't. This app will give you order number and then tell you your order declined with no explanation. RIP IDIOTS. Same as their website.

This app is 100% a complete and total rip-off. They have not responded to a single review since 2015. I don't know what Google is doing but they are effing up by letting this app continue to be used through their Play Store. If you buy a gift card and send it to someone they will simply build a profile with the same name and send it to them so that they can keep the money. If someone buys a card and send it to you it will never become available and if u buy one it's likely to never appear!😤🖕🖕

The app used to work wonderfully. But the past few weeks, it tells me the app needs to be updated, takes me to Google Play, which only says Open. So I've done that, and I've also uninstalled then reinstalled with the same message. It's veritably unusable at this time. Please fix this.

what a scam. i wish that i had read the other rwviews before spending $15. i saw that the app had a 4.2 rating and i thought it had to be good and legit to have a rating that bad. well not true. i just purchased a gift card for a friend and i entered his email and i sent it. only problem was he told me that he never received an email with the gift card. so i go back on this app and look at my history, only for it to say that it sent ot to someone else wirh the same name as him. not cool at all.

I bought a Torrid gift card for my Granddaughter. I received an email with a link to install the app. I complied. It shows a purchase I made for another granddaughter from Barnes & Noble more than 1 year ago, but it does not show the current purchase. I cannot update the information. This makes the app useless. 1* KAS

Rip off! Bought a Visa gift card that was supposedly "accepted anywhere Visa is accepted" only to find out AFTER purchase (yes, I read the fine print) that it is only able to be accepted online. Really?? I paid an extra $5 for a Visa when I could have gotten literally any other gc and paid no fee. Thanks for not being honest.

Seems like a good app, but I couldn't create a proper account. I used my correct email and password, and met all the requirements and yet it didn't let me create an account. Very frustrating.

Skip the egift card. I ordered this for my daughter. She followed all the steps and couldn't find the card on the app and couldn't retrieve the virtual card. The customer service number requires the card number for help and you can't get through to anyone on the phone. Also the ecard is only for online purchases. Save your $. Send $ through PayPal or venmo for less than the charge for an ecard. another idea- Almost everything available on Amazon. send an amazon ecard.

You receive 3 emails when you order, that's annoying. The if you use it many times and if you have rewards points they keep rejecting your orders. and when you call them nobody will help you.

while this has its great reviews, i was sent a visa gift, and its activated and everything, and it wont charge at all, calling support did nothing but confuse me, and is all upsetting becuase I had plans to use this, but now i cant.

Absolute garbage, it tried to send the e-giftcard to another person with the same name. No option to put an address when it comes to e-giftcards and they have a monopoly on e-giftcards from visa and MasterCard. It cancelled 4 times until I realized how much time I'm wasting.

Said my Platinum American Express card was denied. Tried it twice. A phone call to American Exlress quickly explained there was no charge requested and it was not and would not be denied. Hope I dont get charged later...will watch for to make sure. Frustrated

This is a useless App. It tells me that the App needs updating then when I try to Update it doesn't. I uninstall and reinstall and still the same problem.

What a huge disappointment! This app used to work and it was amazing! Now it says needs update, opens Google play but there's never an update. It has been like this for WEEKS!!! 🥴

Scam. They shipped my card to an address I have never seen before in a different state. Do not use. I will call my bank to block the transaction

please do not download this app it's awful it's a freaking scam I mean if you like getting scammed and yeah go ahead and download the app but it just sat there even after It told me to log in and kept on going back to the same page and tell me to logineven after I already did it just got annoying so yeah please don't download this app

It wont let me log back in. I've tried resetting my password and I know for a fact I typed it in correctly but it still keeps saying "there was an issue please check your username and password".

Ordered an e gift card to be sent to an email address. Next day I checked on the order to discover that they sent by mail to someone else with the same name without ever checking if this was my intended recipient. It was not. Left me totally embarrassed that I did not acknowledge my God child birthday. Bad company.

hardest time ever redeeming gift card.....horrible horrible horrible. downloaded the app and everything. complete waste of space.

I love this app. So easy to use. I love that you can personalize the cards. My grandkids like having their very own "credit card" with their name on it.

easy as pie, so long they dont cancel your order over and over and give you the run around why they cant fulfill it.

If I can give them 0 star, I'll do. orders late. sometimes orders canceled after waiting for a long time... have peace of mind and use Amazon or Walmart

FALSELY ADVERTISING AMAZON. The word Amazon is no where in the actual app but it's in the picture previews as if you could buy Amazon cards or send Amazon cards.

It says $4.95 fee but when you go to check out it has jumped by another dollar but doesn't show where the fee increases only says 4.95 fee
