If I could put no stars I would. I work here and use the app for work for searching items by their sku numbers. Lately I can't search anything without the app crashing, (will update when this bug gets fixed)
It does not save your login information, so username and password must be entered everytime I want to purchase something.
Advertises deals on stuff but literally go to the section and every single item size I mean every single one is out if stock kind of false advertising and such a waste of my time extremely disappointing
the camera won't scan any of the barcodes and it tells me i have 3 items that need my attention. when i press that link it says no results found. the store associates were no help and the phone customer service is useless.
It keeps crashing multiple times a day. I can't even use it. What a disappointment Edit***** I was very quickly emailed to download the newest update. As I had actually downloaded the app a days prior, I emailed back and asked when it had been released. They said that morning. So I downloaded the app again after uninstalling because it had gotten so annoying. It works wonderfully now! And I absolutely love the idea board. Probably a little too much given there's 20+ things in it for future birthdays, Christmas's etc. Thank you for making an easy to navigate app and fixing the bugs. I love your store and website and now i can equally love your app
The app itself is great. Especially the scanner to register. It scans the barcodes accurately and quickly. However, it crashes A LOT! It's super annoying because I will close the app and log back in and it will keep doing it. When that is fixed, I will happily change my review to 5 stars.
I have an extremely difficult time checking to see what has been purchased and what is still needed. I can see the itemized version but when I go to look at the items in further detail, they never load. Everyone that has purchased through this app has told me it is highly un-user friendly. It's also been challenging to go through the store on the app to see other items.
The app was working great, except for signs me out of my boards all the time, even though I am still logged in, but now nothing will load, no pictures nothing. Everything says temporarily unavailable. The prices are higher then most any other places, and it seems like items are discontinued all the time. I also wish there was a feature for out of stock items, where you can get notified when the item is back in stock. I also wish I had more stores closer to me. Also sometimes the app is slow.
The only downside I experience with the app is every now and then it kicks me out or if I have to go to a different app, it does not remember the page I was on and takes me to the home screen of the app. I have learned to work around the latter. I do love how all my discount coupons, shopping cart, and saved items list are accurate whether I am using the app or on the website. I also love being able to log into the app and use a digital discount coupon in store.
Definitely way better than using the website on my phone. It always seems like I would get fat fingers and click on Bed Bath & Beyond or their other conglomerate which would completely ruin my shopping experience. I love the fact that they take afterpay! If you know how to budget properly and you don't go overboard, after pay is amazing. I just wish they would report to the credit bureaus for those who actually pay on time.

Downloaded this app excited to start a registry, and nothing on the app shows up or works. Everything says image is temporarily unavailable. Figured it was loading wrong. Closed the app and reopened a ton, and nothing changes. Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple time. Still says temporarily unavailable. Uninstalling for good until all fixes are made.
Completely unable to use. Wouldnt let me log in at all. Says a server is down. Randomly crashes. Really disappointed considering sales associates told me I could find more products online using the app and it would be super simple to use. Seems like this is a common problem and complete shock that the company hasn't gotten around to fixing the issue.
Great app. Make online shopping that much easier.

Added a bunch of items to my idea board but cannot access them. Also some issues when sorting by brand. Lots of products but poor design.
Love this app. Very fast and easy to use. Good way to buy baby stuff on the fly. Wished they had more items to buy from. But overall great app.
I love this app and store. it can be expensive at times but it's great quality and amazing service. The app is easy-to-use. They're getting all of my money.
Can't log in since they updated their website. I have tried various browsers between my phone and computer. I came to the app hoping for better results but I still can't sign on. Parents hardly have time as it is. Rather shop online with Target. They have most of the same items with fast shipping or in store pick up.
Was quite excited to put this registry together as I'm due in May, right around the corner! It will not let me even create a registry, I put all my info in, click "create registry" and then nothing happens! Huge disappointment. Also, while trying to create an idea board so I don't lose what I like, it said "error trying to create." What is the point of this app if I cant use any of the features, one being the most important, creating a registry. Will be deleting and getting my items elsewhere!
Very simple and easy find things I needed
I can no longer view my registry from the app. Everytime I try it bounces me back to the same page, but never allows me to see it. Instead I must log on to a computer to be able to see what I have listed on my registry. Sometimes it shuts down and gives an error. Very frustrating.
I've been using this app for 4 months and haven't had a problem till recently. I can't search anything in the checklist for the registry. Idk if its a bug but it needs to be fixed please. I'm glad to read that I'm not the only one experiencing this. I thought my phone was the issue but unfortunately it's the app.
I originally had a lot of problems with the interface. I chatted with their customer service and they fixed everything for me. The agent was super friendly and helpful. I'm revising to a much higher rating based on the customer service experience.
It is nice to be able to use my phone to scan items onto my registry. They could do a better job of when clicking the item on the registry letting you go to the product detail page. I kept trying to show certain products to people and was only able to see one picture rather than the four or five I could see when I looked at the product before adding to the registry.
I use to love the app. I have multiple idea boards on my account as we are not quite ready for a registry. However, as of the last month or so, I am no longer able to save to my idea boards through the app. I have yo go to the website which is slow and inconvenient, only to have to return to my app to confirm the items were added to my idea boards from the website. And yes, I've updated, uninstalled and reinstalled with no difference. It's so frustrating. I hope this can be fixed.
