The app is ok. Service not good. Unfortunately the business is not able to assure order preparation in the agreed terms. I've ordered a part that is available on the website, and it should have been prepared and shipped within 2 working days. On the third day my order is not being shipped (after contacting customer support confirm that) and I haven't received ANY kind of status update on this issue. Basically what the company is saying about sending within 2 days is not what in reality happened.
I've bought some good parts for both our cars from here just recently. So far they've been a great fit and have plenty in stock. Quick delivery and fair prices round out the overall experience. Two thumbs up from me. Cheers!
Great site, lots of choice but not full information about car model applications so a lot of research required. Would be good to have recommended parts or packages eg buying 2 or 4 shock absorbers and associated bits as a group instead of finding every individual part
Hands away. Horrible service. They deliver from Germany with the cheapest mail delivery and do not support the sale nor the customer. I paid in full in advance and they did not deliver in time. I was waiting for my order 3 weeks, sent 3 emails only to receive email that I should call the courier. Do not expect any service from this person. They do not do anything for you. It is not worth a single euro
Great prices for a comprehensive range of parts for many car makes and models all in one place. What's not to like. Delivery times could be better but other than that, will definitely be using again

Great, easy to use app, bit confusing because the app was in English even though I used the info from the French website to find the app. Better for me, 'cause I'm a Brit in France, easier to find the parts I needed on the app than on the website.
Even though the prices are good, God forbidden to use the app without parts number. I've registered my car with "Farzeugschein" and they show parts for Mazda 3, 2L gasoline, even though I've registered a Mazda 6 mps, 2.3L turbo. They sent the wrong part and said I am not happy with the product, I have to pay to send it back. Really?? Utter bell ends, I would understand if this was Ebay, but you register your car with vin and engine code, still parts are shown wrong. I cannot recommend order without part code.
Slow delivery and poor customer service. I ordered one spare as a tester as I'm just starting up a business. A week later the item is still in Germany and the customer chat was no help at all. It was supposed to be 3-5 working days for delivery. The chat rep has now told me that it's 3-5 working days from dispatch, which is no good at all if they dispatch a week or so after you place the order. The rep ended the chat despite me being polite in my complaint. Don't use this company.
I'd recommend Autodoc/Buycarparts especially to any UK residents. I was very apprehensive & sceptical having found out they're not in the UK & the time it took to get any updates after my order. After all the shenanigans 🤪, I took delivery of my order today (very well packaged & quality products as expected, & at great discounts). This is my one-stop shop now. Obviously timing's is crucial however, with patience, the results are flawless. Thanks guys, I'm impressed.
Untrustworthy. Be careful if you have in mind to buy something from them. I've buy a EGR for my car , in description of the part was written information that part is for my car . Surprise , it wasn't and when i wanted to return it they say is not possible. When i search reclamation number it says : reclamation closed .Part returned . So now i am stuck with a part i don't need , and need spend another time and money for the proper part . I will never buy anything else from them.
AWFUL. CUSTOMER SERVICE I have asked numerous times for a copy of parts I bought, and also a breakdown of parts I returned. still awaiting keep getting told you have received a refund , but nothing has gone back to my bank. am still waiting for them to send me a breakdown. totally useless
unbelievable app where you don't have to search for your car stuff anymore but you have everything related in one amazing application. unglaublich app, wo Sie alles in einem wunderbaren App finden können! Prima! :-)
App is great services however takes time. Company is located in Germany and i am in Ireland. Don't remember delivery arrived in less than one week. However most of my orders are planed repairs and considering price differences within local competitors it is good enough.
Wide range of brands and products not to bad on price but delivery takes ages. Webpage sounds like UK based company but they are in germany it took 5days for my order to reach the stage ready for postage it is a week allready and not a sign they dont even give u an estimate on when to expect. Also check carefully if product is IN STOCK otherwise customer service will get to you telling it is not 3days later and wish cancel that item will took onother few days holding the rest of the order. .
on android the autofill for addresses continually jumps & adds letters for some reason. it also wipes the address to blank when trying to select an adress from the list which appears.
T'he application is fluid, we'll done! I just regret a lack of advise on which parts should be ordered together, for instance a seal which should be changes each time a filter is replaced.
Super easy to use, and great value parts. App offers great discounts occasionally, which are worth talkin by advantage of. Genuine top quality.
Good quality parts for decent prices especially when discount is applied. As a UK customer the only problem is the distance and cost of delivery. If the latter were solved I would give 5*.
Same as bildelaronline - Slooow delivery - very very unprofessional only paid and shipped orders are keept all others deleted? Parts always something out stock buy it several items now 2 times and no Payments confirmation, No order and no shipping confirmation 18732419 again nothing happens but when I ask what is going on Someone reply the gates belt u order blla bla what????? and all other is ignored still nothing and now im told maybe its shipped tomorrow = 5 working days after Don't buy
Very usefull, found a lot of parts for different cars. So far so good. Plenty of days with discounts !
Very expensive parts even if advertised as - 25%,-30% and so on. Sometimes the price is double that on usual car parts dealers (online)

I am very disappointed after I ordered a part for my car. They charge extra money for sending parts through DHL. I assume they send it through the snail-mail. And the part never arrived.
saves so much farting about with different sites and the price is decent, could be beaten by shopping around but I'll happily stump up the small loss for the convenience
Very very long packing and delivery time. More than two weeks from Germany to Romania. Slower than before the pandemic. Not recommended.
Takes about a week for delivery , order is always correct ,and so far been very reliable .
Aftersales is terrible. I wanted to ask status of my order, waiting for products, but customer service doesn't respond whatsoever.
this app and website is great the quality is good to a lot cheaper than the UK prices even tho you have to wait for the parts to be delivered from Germany
5 stars for the prices, range of products and the simplicity of the App. I've placed my order, but checked Ebay and Amazon for cheaper beforehand and from 10 items i needed only found 3 things cheaper elsewhere and then only just cheaper, the others were more expensive due to delivery costs of the competition.
