BuyCoins - Buy & Sell Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin

The app is just there, could be better... does feel chunky... My main problem is, if i close the app or go on to do other things whh doesnt it log me out? I closed the app and opened it and wham, no credentials was asked wss logged in just like that. A graph showin the price trend month/qtr/year would be useleful too. Overall, ithink it needs an upgrade like what rise did.. Right now its just everythig happening at the same time.

I think this is one of the best cryptocurrency wallet I've ever used. User-friendly, fastest payout ever... So far, everything I've noticed about Buycoins is good, and I'll gladly recommend it for anyone. Bad experience , with this app and most useless service support, i mistakenly deposited to my buycoins providus bank account, and the money was flagged, now the sender of the has refused to add his bank account, and he refused to send the requirements , im unable to recieve money, the customer support is not responsive to refund the money that is not credited to my account, is that just a way of scamming? My money has been flagged and its has not been refunded, what a mess. If i had known.

Each time cryptos are appreciating & I wish to cash out into my bank account, this apps will deactivate it "selling icon" which makes it apparently impossible to cash out or to send to any other external wallet where I can cash out your gain. Not once not twice, several times especially since BTC & ETH rose dramatically. But as soon as the cryptos "depreciate" the selling icon began to work. I personally think this was intentional. If not, developers should fix this issue for transparency sake.

Far better than any other exchange app in the crypto industry, seemless withdraw/deposit (everything top-notch) I just made a withdrawal and it was in my bank account in less than 5 secs. I just wish you guys can add perfect money to your list of currencies(please you guys should consider this request and work towards making it happen. Thanks. Less I forget you guys have the best customer service in the world (never experienced such swift response before) please add perfect money to the list.

I love buycoins, the user interface is real simplistic, everything is well spelt out, the three people I have referred to this app downloaded and registered on it all by themselves without any hitch. So yeah, it's an overall OK app. Although, i must say whenever there's a pump, the app kinda malfunctions and prevents it's users from withdrawing funds, if the developers could look into that and list more coins if possible like ADH and polkadot. Thanks.

I deposited through another person's account and my money was flagged. I asked it to be refunded to the sender account but they refused. This is wickedness of the highest order. Refund the money to the sender account if you can't credit my account with money sent from another account. Period.

For the past two three days, I have not been able to access my account or even log in. First, they said they were doing maintenance and not it is no longer accessible. I had money that was supposed to transferred to my address, and now this app has spoilt everything.

They always have a issue , this platform is not really good for business emphasize , have send money to the acct given to me for the past 1:30 min , still dey haven't add it to my naire acct , it a big shame for this app , before thier platform was good ,now is very worst , I think is better to use luno

Customer service is really helpful, they might be slow but always fixed whatever problem i had. With the mark-up in buy/sell orders, they are still the cheapest wallet provider for me.

I have been trying to transfer 6 USDC from Buycoins to BINANCE but you guys deliberately kept the transfer fees at 30 USDC, sitting high transfer fees that I should try later. Have been trying for nearly a month but same response. You can't force people to keep money on your exchange and you keep trading with it and we can't. If will never use your platform again once I get my money out. I just said let me try with small money,if it were much this would be how you will tie down my money.

So far it has been great using Buycoins; good rates, fast deposit,fast withdrawals. But recently withdrawals are processed within 1 working day! This is very poor! I don't use Buycoins as much as before because of this, as alternative apps I use pay within 5mins. Besides this withdrawal time issue, I would give a 5star.

Recently, iv been trying to log in to the app(my wallet).....but it keeps loading, and doesn't let me in... Close to five(5) days now.... I hope this is not the end... I hope im not going to loose all my coins? Cos i really trusted this one... What's the problem??

My experience with this app has been great for a while but now it's just plain terrible. I sold some BTC using your p2p platform and I was told the transaction was successful whereas my money wasn't added to my account and my BTC was deducted Now I'm left stranded with no reply from your customer support. This is terrible

The UI is good and easy to understand, but there is no visual to show the percentage price movements which could help in decision making and trading

The major experience I am having with your application is very slow to load. If someone want to purchase coin, it keep telling me unable to get transactions, please contact support with error code b 1. Kindly work on this.

Still the best app out there for BTC exchange with an amazing support that you'd rarely need because everything works as they suppose to. Would be nice if they'd add P2p eth trading functionality.

I have an account with buycoin, since about some few months now, i've been unable to log in, i sent them message, they sent me a link but the link did'nt work, this is very bad.......i don't recommend this app to people because if i have a very huge amount of crypto in it, this is how it'll be trapped.

The app have seized to allow withdrawal. Initially, it was saying that it's maintenance issue. For over 5days now I have been trying to transact but the app is not allowing me. I really need to make a withdrawal.

The app is great... Pretty much easy and user friendly but and but requiring BVN is sketchy to me, not with the latest softwares out there that can wipe your account without pin. I have 69000 worth of btc in here but can't transfer neither withdraw NGNT just because i refused to add my BVN... I'd love to get a support on how to safely get my money out without my BVN because i will never add my BVN.

After I signed up and deposited, boom I couldn't log in again, I've tried and tried and tried, I've resetted password many many times, and I still can't log in... And I didn't get responses again from customer service.. I'm not happy about this

Man, this is the worst crypto investment app right now. Network transfer fees are so high, withdrawing your fund is so difficult. I don't want to keep using your app, let me withdraw my funds in peace. It used to be a great app, NOT ANYMORE.

I'd give a -20 stars if I could. Poor and slow support, buggy and armature interface, terrible services, no proper trading platform. You guys should invest in your system and upgrade properly or shut down.

Your new upgrade has crippled the BTC wallet address. Btc address not recognize globally. Can't receive funds through it. This is bad. Kindly work it. It was ok before the upgrade.

I give one star here because buy coins is scam, i initiated eth transfer from buy coins app to external wallet, but has not been received yet after 2 hrs of email confirmation. It's a disgusting experience, waste of time, resources and data, Shame unto the developer

Am really getting tired of buycoins this days, just few days of their site maintenance, I have have started getting issues, I cant access my account, my coins is there they told me to update my app, but is not showing update status on playstore. I hope if I uninstall and install back, my coins will be safe

The customer service of this app is superb. I can not fault this app in any way, the only problem is the lack of different coins but aside that this app is not far off from perfection

I use to enjoy this app as transactions were fast but all of a sudden I can't buy or sell cryptocurrencies again. keeps telling me "unfortunately selling/buying coins is unavailable" until I can get my money back I'll leave at 2star
