USELESS APP I HAD EVER USED ! Ihave registered in June 2021, today with email and password correctly key in. This app display invalid user and password ! What kind of nonsense ! This is not an app actually, just a wrap of website, photo display wrongly or half, text overlapping. SHAME ON YOU.

i been using it for almost 3 years from Parkland until moving to Pandamaran, it just let me downhearted & i will never using it again, FMCO alot of rule, i understand, i just live in Pandamaran, & i cant go & pickup my item,so i have to go away to botanic to pickup my parcel & paid extra for delivery. ya is ok, the problem is that the distance is just not more than 15min, & my parcel have to take more than 10day and haven't get it yet. CS just said they missed my parcel... for 10days. Well done!

There are many additional payment (buy mall fee, shipping fee, another shipping fee, and other fee) to make along the buying process. All this were not quoted at first. I bought a RM9 item, ended up with RM65 total fee. The worst part is you cannot cancel and refund your order.

I have been using BuyMall for few years. They provide very good and efficient customer service, always respond to enquiries. Their app is user friendly and I can easily check on the status of my parcel. The most I like about BuyMall is that I can pick up my parcels at the pickup point. My parcel is safe keeping at the pickup point for me to collect after work, rather than being left at my house.

Easy to use and excellent customer service, price also cheaper than others, just peak season or caused of the covid cases sometimes will takes longer a bit time to receive the parcel

The customer service is extremely inefficient! since I have a problem about shipping fee, they have not reply in 2 days. it causes my parcel will be delayed and the issue remain unsolved! horrible service. Worse off, the shipping fee is tremendously expensive. Just 0.1kg it cost RM 60!!! it even can't refund my money.

the app is not responsive. Everytime launch the app need to wait for long time. Also, it is very lag throughout the process.

Dont buy or using their service to buy item from china,, the shipping charge is ridiculous,, shipping price almost same price with item u buying,, if u dont trust me u can try,, but dont regret,,,, time to uninstall,, hope dont see this app in playstore again lol,,, (should be no star for this apps).

Registration rejected because phone number was used before but I've tried all my emails but the system said emails not available! Hope admin can do something about this.

logistics is sucks，the packages i packed together are sent separately and I didn't buy sensitive goods but I had to be detained for so long. It takes one month for customs detention！！！！
