The concept of this app is amazing and very useful, but until they fix it, I am only giving 2 stars. BuzTrakr as it is now is so annoying. Sometimes it works absolutely fine, no issues or anything. Most of the time, however, whenever I try to scroll around to look at where a bus is it doesn't even let me and the screen just moves on it's own. Please fix this.

The app doesn't work anymore. It says I have no internet connection which is untrue. No routes show up. No announcements. No nothing. This is very inconvenient when so many depend on the bus system.

This app doesn't work anymore. It keeps saying my internet shut off but yet I can still get on the internet. This is some bull. I can't even track the buses down where they're at. And knowing that they will not fix this app. It's typical for Butler county Ohio. We're not fixing stuff properly

Terrible app. It doesnt show the bus for my location. Will only show ones near Oxford when I'm in Middletown. The map keeps moving around and wont stay still. Theres no way to plan your trip. It only shows current buses. Uninstalling

The bus tracker along the routes are awesome! However the glitches that come with the minutes left until a bus hits a stop is more inaccurate than not. I will say it has gotten MUCH better in the last couple months so I'm hopeful this will get worked out!

I used to use this app all the time but if I can't see when the busses are coming, how am I supposed supposed plan out my day to get to classes when it's sub-zero Temps outside? It's sad, it really is because this app used to be great.

My only problem is that the map never centers on Oxford/ the routes i have turned on when i open it. I always have to readjust the map to Miami University.

Completely unusable, trying to move or zoom the map does nothing and it simply drifts around aimlessly.

The bus really doesn't come on time... especially R3. This app is the only thing I can predict its arrival time with..

Map has lots of errors. Wont stay fixed. Always moving around. Please fix

Just what I needed. Shows all the stops and where all the busses are. NO COMPLAINTS.

I love this app! It's so easy to use and it is extremely accurate. I never miss the bus stop using this app!

I can't leave home without it. Makes it so helpful know if the bus is close to being there at the stop on time. Thanks so much.

It's OK not always on time it will say the bus is at the stop and the bus wont actually be there instead the bus will show up late

Map scrolls randomly, cant zoom in and use the map like intended.

The app Butler county uses now is called "Transit." They don't use this one anymore

trakr is dependable. the busses are not

Gps keeps on drafting

Incredibly hard to use due to the map drifting around and being unresponsive to pinch commands to get a closer look at the stops on different routes. I'll keep it on my phone for a little while long to see if these issues get fixed but if not, I'm deleting it because it's essentially useless.
