When update loaded lost sign on ability and cannot reset password. Doesn't send you an email for password reset. Have tried multiple times. Loaded app again and now cannot confirm new password. Very frustrating and will talk to the company that is using this company to complain.

They no longer do updates and they certainly don't respond to problem enquiries. I'm inclined to believe that once you've cash in points a time or two you no longer have access. Which means they benefit but you do not! Time to look for new rewards cards.

It used to be nice to get the free gift cards by using your points, now I can't even log in and the app acts like it's went in to stupid mode.

This app is total junk. Can not log in, have rest my password soo many times and all it says is my session is expired.

It never saves my location info, whenever I try to type it in and save it, nothing happens except a message that states: "no rewards in your area" which is false =(

Like others I can't log in or reset my password I called their customer service on 4/24 or 4/25 and left my callback info and email but I haven't heard a word. Before this issue I absolutely loved this app.

latest update killed the app for me. i can not log in. app wont send me a new password.. called support and no one answered or returned call. I had over 9000 points accumulated... samsung s7

New member VERY DISAPPOINTED, selections are minimal, no rewards for home improvement stores, or gas or grocery rewards. Yet ya get rewards to get nails done, eat out etc.

App has never worked. It needs to be taken down and apps like this need to pass a clearance check. Waste of time.

For the last week I have not been able to log into my account. It keeps saying that there is an error and we are aware of it.

Always have trouble with loading local rewards. Seems like the app works 2 out if 10 times.

Does not work as described. No lo ger has local redemption options. junk.

Hasn't given points in over a month and now it won't let me access my account. I also redeemed rewards three weeks ago and still haven't received them.

No Houston rewards and now it won't let me log in even if I reset my password.

Haven't been able to log in for some time now. Please fix!

My account stopped giving me points 3 months ago. Not sure why. There is always somthing up with this app and the points.

I'm earning negative points for using my debit card to pay bills. It's a why bother to even use buzzpoints because of this.

It was great when I first signed up, I earned extra points at locally owned businesses and partial points at chain stores. Now I earn partial points everywhere, theres no focus on local businesses anymore. And it takes weeks to get points credited to your account, seriously it takes about two weeks.

For over a month I have been trying to log in and it says network error has occurred.

they helped me with geting into my account so i am satified with this app now

It did an update took most of my points and I am noticing I'm only getting a fraction of points(2.5) when I used to get at least half 15 on a 30. Purchase very disappointed

Does absolutely nothing for me besides having the wrong city an state that I constantly have to change an then it's still giving me businesses I've never heard of or seen in my town .. 👎

Said my information was wrong and would not let me long in. I have been trying to get started on this since bank started it and still flippin' trying.

I did not have any problems with it until today when I tried logging on to check my points a d was telling me my info was wrong. Okay fine, so I tried to reset my password but the reset button does nothing when clicked.

The app is great however, when going to redeem points for local places they should note within the description where the place is located (exact address)!

Couldnt log in said info was wrong...complete waste of time
