I have had the same experience as many of the others with complaints of it being slow to connect or not connecting at all. after the last update it no longer connects to your mobile device over Wi-Fi. my problem is now that I have a very expensive phone charger, what to do now. When I was writing software we had to go off and test every feature and make sure that it worked before we posted it out for a download. No one has Pride anymore in their work.
Latest update is horrible, if you lock your device or switch to another app it closes automatically where before you used to be able to hear the sound. Now everytime you open app a notice pops up stating App notifications disabled and you either have to click the enable or cancel button before being able to use app. I know that I have them disabled, stop reminding me! Disconnects from frequently, choppy video, resets cams to use a lesser resolution, etc. JUST AN EXTREMELY HORRIBLE APP!!!!!
I like it works well had to watch YouTube video to figure it all out but it does work on my phones data so I can view from any where. Definitely can use some updates like the mic/intercom. And saving videos to send has issues sending and the sound is removed when you do send. But I would recommend this item.
camera keeps crashing using this App, and this is the one recommended on its instruction sheet. The time selected on App does not save next time you open the App. you would think all options selected would be saved to your phone. No... hence if you are not careful you can reprogram your device with default settings. Crappy App. Why does it not save your country time, turn off phone or close app down you back to Gambia time zone when you look in the app settings. Why?
used too work well, but now has stopped working altogether. thought there was a problem with the camera as it wouldn't connect, but got a replacement and neither of them will connect. please roll back to a working version or correct this version of the software sou that it will work again. Thanks
For some reason it disconnects with the device and doesn't reconnect. You have to manually reboot it from the camera. It used to work until the last update and now this thing is tottaly useless. You delete some pics in the "alarm" menu and it craps out on you soon after.
This App has stopped working properly since the so called 'upgrade' on the 3rd July Definitely a case of 'if its not broken, don't fix it' Now please fix it as soon as possible or reverse the upgrade. Thank you
After I configured the CAMERA for the 100th time. it says it's online and when I press connect it goes to the next and all it keeps doing is saying connecting and the after a minute or so it goes back to the main screen.And still nothing it's been going on for the past 2 weeks now. it worked perfect before that..... Any ideas???
Camera lags. Cant watch video playback on my 128gb sd card. Slow time loading. Slow time viewing. I have reset, reboot, reconnected plenty of times and the same ineffective results everytime. Perhaps a serious update is needed or I will just uninstall and get my money back for this device.
Developer will not reply back to emails! Cameras WILL NOT work if you are trying to access them away from home. You can ONLY VIEW the cameras if you are CONNECTED to your home WiFi. That defeats the purpose of these cameras and wanting to see what's happening when you are away from home.
Never been the best over the past ten months but now it will not connect from mobile data, which the only time i need to check on my cameras when I'm out. Is this going to be updated and resolved or are my cameras completely useless and a waste of money
This app keeps getting worse! It used to work really well, but now with all the new updates, the alarm won't even notify me when the app is running in the background. Absolute rubbish!
Ok, so it doesn't work remotely like it's supposed to. However, I have been able to port forward the camera and I can almost access it remotely. I just need the user login to try to log into the camera. Admin or admin doesn't work. Anyone know what the default user login is?
Remote access has not been working. Record on alarm can be set when you are on the same network as camera, but you cannot access remote. Please patch the error and send update, thank you.
Features such as "Wifi Configuration" are not available in this app. Making it inpossible to connect my device, which makes it useless. I contacted developer but have yet to recieve a reply. Will change review when a solution is found.
BEWARE: Suspicious app. Developer has multiple cam apps all of which cease full functionality after a while but maintain wifi connectivity. Doesn't respond to emails but continues to develop new camera apps... BEWARE!
Same issue as others, can only view live feed when connected to the home network. Meanwhile the prior version of the app worked perfectly!
Used to work, now it doesn't work. Author has several aps under different names with identical interface. I've tried a few of them. None work. Bad reviews on all of them with the same issue.

When turning the brightness up it automatically turns down making nightvision all but useless. The same applies to the rest of you other camera apps. Please fix it!
worked great so I added another camera. still worked great so added a 4th camera. but since update I cannot see all cameras on my wifi router (only 1 at a time directly on my phone) if I knew this would happen I would have stuck with 1 camera only.
Can not longer connect remotely at the end of July. Only way to connect now is to login to the camera while I am within 10 meters of it. I think the P2P servers are down in China.
Update Terrible. I used to be able to view the cameras remotely away from home. Now, I have to be on the same Network at home Completely useless!
I was using the older version and it worked perfectly, but I updated it to the lastest and it's now not working like before. I love it that I could hear the sound in the background when the phone screen was off. It was great that it ran when I switched to another app, but they all stopped. But why? It's version 1.7.4.9H. Want the older version back please.
