>How it works:
1. Register: Simply input your name, e-mail and payment information.
2. Book a ride: Use the app to set your pickup and drop off within our service area (Eastern part of S-Bahn Ring). We’ll match you with a BerlKönig Driver headed your way and tell you the price and time to pick-up upfront. Our smart pickup coordination will direct you to a nearby corner to meet your driver.
3. Get picked up: Within minutes, the BerlKönig arrives at the designated pickup and you are on your way. These pickup locations are easily accessible and recognizable, such as BVG stops, street corners, stores, or points of interest - more than 5,000 in Berlin!
4. Share the ride: We pool riders into the same car efficiently and with minimal detours, bringing each passenger to their destination while keeping our price point affordable for everyone. Up to 6 passengers can ride in one vehicle. We also provide wheelchair accessible rides.

I like the service and I use it a lot. I don't like that extra passenger must pay 3. 90 euro, because than über and Carsharing become more convenient. Also all the drivers ask me to rate them, which makes me think that they have a work system à la blackmirror and I don't like that.
Decent app - would be useful to have a non-PayPal/non-credit credit payment option, as is standard with BVG tickets and German apps. Also it is not quite clear how the cancelation fee applies and how much it is.
I've been using berlkonig quite a while now. The app works fine and runs smoothly. Great and fast pickup but more importantly I always had the BEST drivers. Like honestly it always felt like driving with friends.
This is the best idea ever! they are always on time amd the App is so precise, user friendly and super functional! the riders are super friendly and its always available!
Really good service! Way more cheaper then uber or regular cab and as a bonus you meet nice people, too. Never had any problems, either with the application or the ride i shared.
Best ride sharing app in Berlin. The app works flawlessly. The cars are clean and comfortable and the fares are quite low.
Excellent service which takes sustainability to the next and necessary level by delivering a Cabsharing the way it should be! If we would have more like this, personal cars AND Carsharing will vanish. I am looking forward once BerlKönig will extend their business area so that more people can use it.
wants payment method before you are able to see what it does. feeks like a scam BUT it is just one red flag. enough for me to deinstall and write a bad review. berl könig is misleading. as someone who is just in Berlin for a stop and got the add to the app because of that. i thought it might be a blablacar replacement. just call it berlinKönig and we know.
Great service, nice drivers, fair price. No problem with babys. Perfect alternative to taxis and even to DriveNow or car2go (mostly more expensive in the end).
It is damn buggy. After selecting an address it totally shifted to a different address. Use taxi and uber until they get proper development team
Spams you with push notification ads that cannot be disabled without muting the entire app. Makes you want to uninstall it before even trying out the service.
Great app, had it set up in a few minutes and is self-explanatory. The ride service is a good mix of public transport and taxi.
Pleasantly surprised. During the day you can enjoy the ride alone. Pick up is quick and cars are comfy and have AC. Can recommend.
Been using since the beginning. Service is still great but nowadays you wait long and it's gotten expensive. Not really competitive with car sharing or free now

The registration process is too long that I had to uninstall the app. Why would I give away my data to you before I get an overview of the app and the potential service that it's going to offer?
Both app and service really good! Smooth pick ups and rides and not a single problem with the app so far!
Please don't misuse the push notifications for advertisements! User cannot disable the notification, that would make the app unusable.

Worst. No proper time of arrival. Sometimes come too early. And cancel. Use other options instead like clever shuttle.

Like Uberpool. Clean, comfortable, & spacious Vans. Affordable (approx. 50% less than Taxi). Drivers are pleasant enough, but if you're used to the "friendliness" of North American customer service it doesn't exist in Berlin. Disadvantages Zones only really cover inside the ring Bahn. They don't come direct to your address (they have pickup points in every street or two) The app sometimes gets the pickup timing wrong. (Like Uber, Free Now, and other Taxi apps)
