I keep having to uninstall and reinstall this app and it still only works part of the time. I oftentimes don't get new messages or I can't access them. Getting messages into my folders is also nearly impossible. And the latest one as of today, everything disappeared. No folders, no messages, nothing at all. This app should have gone through a lot more beta testing before being released. I never know what I'm going to get with it on a day to day basis.
Lots of issues with the app. Extremely slow. Seeing the sent messages showing back in inbox. There is no forward/delete button in the message itself, have to go back to the main screen every time I have to forward/delete. Update: It is a lot better now. Changed the rating. Thanks.
Uninstall and reinstall, constant errors, cannot save drafts without fear. It's really sad I have to type out my messages somewhere else so I can copy and paste into this one during a time it's working. Please fix these issues.
I have faith on you guys! However just noticed there is a bug where you cannot copy and paste anything from your clipboard which is a function that could be done with all other recent updates and bug fixes. Please fix this bug. Thank you team.
1. Galaxy S10 android 10, I don't get any notifications from app. 2. Need dark mode. 3. No multiselect in individual folder. 4. We still use old style bmp forwards (not chat style). Need forward bmp button after multiple selection of messages from all folders.
Messages don't go through, might be due to having an Android but I used a different phone and for some reason the messages still don't go through. Have to go through the hassle of sending audios through a text message
continuously crashes. hasn't been updated since 2016. Hard to stay accountable and in connection if we are unable to function through the app.
I Don't know if it's my phone model or memory, however every other day I have problems getting into this app. I have to uninstall then reinstall it ever so often. Highly annoying.
Despite buggy-ness, it's overall a great communication tool to keep in touch with your teams. Thank you for always working around the clock to making things better for us.
Only way to keep using is to uninstall and reinstall. Please improve the experience. Haven't seen any improvements, still the same issues, why is it difficult to give a better customer experience? Update April 30, 2021 - still the same issues.
You must have this app to grow! This is a vital app that helps cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset. It provides me with the necessary coaching, mentoring, and constant communication with my upline and business partners. I could not operate without it. Thank you to the creators!
App has improved. It begins to lag or takes a very long time load when there are multiple messages in a thread and/or in your inbox.
Needs a feature to mark multiple messages for deletion. Like the previous version did. Also to view a message then go to the next message. Instead of going back to the inbox folder.

Uninstall/Reinstall is required monthly to keep this app working. Please fix asap! it seems this is an ongoing issue. Everything else is good though!
This app constantly crashes, freezes!! Had to uninstall/reinstall app several times and this is a new phone!
Application is slow and does not support high resolution images. Please improve these two items.
The function so of the app are great, but I have to uninstall and reinstall it every month or so. Ennoing.

please update Android version of app... it's hard to stay Accountable when my messages dont send and i dont receive notifications for the messages i receive ever since xstream released.

Need easier controll or access to devices connected. Huge problem that keeps you from using it.
One of the worst apps. Old school design. No capability for auto update. Hire me and I can design much better app.
Nice app Love the refresh. For some reason when i try to upload a jpeg for my display picture, the app keeps crashing
Great idea but doesn't work as well as it should. Please fix these bugs ASAP. Unable to send pictures. Always get error messages. Always have to uninstall and reinstall. NEVER RECEIVED NOTIFICATION... I have not been able to receive notifications consistently since I started using the app. Very disappointed since it's a paid service. Please fix ASAP.
