Overall it's a good app. It would be nice if there was a delivered/complete/shipped status so you can easily see what status the order is in. Also pictures so you don't have to click on each one to see what it is. Also when scrolling through lists it starts to lag after you get through viewing so many items. And the search should allow you to search things by color.

The fabric is cheap, snaps don't snap, jewrly is poor quality, they don't allow refunds only 10 day credit if it's not sale. Worst support team. I shopped for a year then they blacklist you if you have a problem on an item. When you try to get help they expect you to jump threw 7 steps with photos and emails. Items look much better on camera. Not as pictured

I have only been watching Alexa for about 3 weeks and I love love love everything about how she runs her business. This app is the best everything is always exactly how it looks in the picture and the option to waitlist is my best friend. You can check your orders to see when they have been fulfilled, and to remind you of everything you bought because all her stuff is absolutely beautiful and you are going to want to buy everything. Love to watch her live on the app super fast to claim items.

It really is not easy to navigate. I buy often and have gotten used to it, but things like promo codes aren't automatically ordered when shopping and checking out. I've had to input my info several times. That gets old. Yet I continue shopping because the clothes are just fabulous.

The company By Alexa Rae is amazing. It's been great shopping with them. All the staff are really helpful and the shipping is usually pretty fast. 5 stars for them. However the app developer comment sold not so much. Over the last few months I've had trouble using any of their apps. I tried all the steps to try and get them to work including contacting the developer. I used the email listed on this very app and never got a response nor had the issues been fixed.

I am so addicted to Alexa Rae! One of the best boutiques out there! The personalities on these girls and of course Bobby makes it even a Greater shopping experience besides all of the Beautiful items! I watch them each and everyday! Not one complaint here!

This app is great. So easy to use and so beautiful. Shopping with Alexa Rae is so easy.

Confusing, doesn't update quickly so sometimes I order item several times. Too much lag time and not refreshed fast. I have several items on waitlist for 3 weeks, so I'd like to be notified if item not coming in. I think if within 3to 4 weeks we should know and it should be dropped...as have already done with a few.

The app is amazing and easy to use. Has all the features you need to shop and purchase easily! The customer service of this company is also incredible. Get the app and shop with BAR 😘

I am am very disappointed. They had a labor day sale . You must enter the code. I went to check out , tapped to enter the code and it immediately checked me out, no discount. I contacted customer service and they will not do anything about the $25 discount that I lost. Not even a store credit. I was a good customer and enjoyed their lives and truly thought they cared about making their customers happy. Guess not. I will no longer be shopping here.

Customer service has gone down .If you actually need help and not just a refund you get a email or phone number do it yourself..order 3 weeks still missing ..I get ups tell me to contact comment sold!! What ? How? Why? BAR says to stop shopping there if I don't like it..I have spent thousands and the last month they have been shady ,greedy and dropped to a place I would not shop if you want to know for sure you will get you're paying for..im done!!!!
