Slider problem has been fixed. That was my only complaint, but an enormous one. Otherwise, this app is amazing. Much better than a lot of the other exchanges. Bybit biggest downside is they lack some pretty common spot coins.

I rarely put reviews and me writing this means you have seriously pissed a user Where do we start with this exchange app; 1:When you desposit they won't ask you anything 2:but when you withdraw they will make sure you get fed up at each step so you decide not to withdraw 3:AUTHENTICATOR APP THINGS! OMG thats the more frustrating thing with this exchange app! 99% of time when you the put authenticator code it says "Invalid" which only makes you furious {somehow you have sync clock everytime)

This app used to be the very best, very responsive and reliable even with dodgy internet connections. All that has changed in recent updates, and other exchanges are beginning to be more reliable than bybit in turbulent market conditions. Please fix this.

Bybit app is a mess compared with rivals such as binance. There is no way to control notifications. You cannot view which candle positions were entered and exited at. The chart looks awful in general. You cannot switch between subaccounts, which is another problem even on full browser. The key risk information like margin ratio etc is not easily viewed on derivatives trading. Really need to improve the user experience both on mobile and main browser.

Worst experience ever. The notifications price alert not working. Thats the core and most important feature of a crypto app. Without price notification, you can get a huge loss. Unfortunately it happening even after they fix it. There is no permanent solution.

Don't even waste your time downloading this rubbish, set up a new account and was trying to purchase £500 of USDT to start trading it says I need to complete ID so I done that and tried again klthen said high risk amount and said contact 24 hour support I then received several automated messages from a bot, I then wrote my issue and received several other messages from a bot thats not even related to my issue. I'll just stick with Kucoin for now. Absaloute disgrace of a trading app.

Great app, BUT missing a much needed feature. I run the app on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 and unfortunatly the app does not support rotate, or auto rotate to a Horizontal view. Wish it had this feature as it would make it much enjoyable to use and to chart. Please add this feature and you get a solid 5 stars!

Bybit .! Awesome But there is one thing which can be improvised i.e in a watchlist when we add stocks or options we can change the color of background for selected stock Great app , simple and transparent on matters regarding charges etc. Really genius superb Please add that drag drop trading feature like in fyers. Whatever reports and informations you need for a trading app ,all are readily available.

I am fine with the app overall, it should have been 5stars, but recently the app load up really really slow. A few weeks ago it open up instantly, almost no waiting. But now i have to wait for 12 seconds just to open the app(yes i counted for the sake of this review). Fix it please.

I don't know how to verify the address. It's 21st century now most of bill already use the electric bill, but the lv2 verification not allow upload photos by screenshot the e-bill. It's really funny, the latest technology but the oldest way to do the verification.

App works well, reliable and trading executes how it should. During the 60 days no fee for credit card use I was charged 2.99 gbp for every deposit x 2. Customer services not helpful, told me to contact their bank or my own bank! A very harsh and simple response saying this is basically my issue to sort out...

This platform is totally trash!!! You let people traded a token like luna with not updated price and now you keep ignoring our concern!!! What happen to the value now?? I know luna is dump but your platform let people trading a token with not updated value!!! When i go to earn wallet it show the real value but when i transferred it into spot wallet it says 0.03usd..wrf!! So now How to withdraw that kind of value ha????

Can't close my account and have my details deleted. I thought I was getting a bonus, which didn't happen, so before I went any further I wanted to close my account. Not (obviously) possible. If you can't close an account, don't trust it.

I took a short position, got out at +50% 30x leverage. Achieved the card 50% profit, but all my money was gone. Contacted Bybit, and instantly my card changed to a long position -95%. Biggest scam ever. I have a screenshot of the short card that got swapped for a long with a loss 🙃 Bybit give me my money back!

Beware. Stop losses don't hit where you put them. You can put your stop in profit and it hits at a massive loss. It's a scam. Use a different platform.

Worst app in the world. When I try to sell it always get stuck until I lose fair amount of money. Not able to cash out rewards also.

My country is anywhere to find. I'm in Ivory coast ( Africa). I can't bind my number nor set my country of residence because it's not on the app. Please fix this quickly as possible.

This exchange is better than all the exchanges I have traded in Low fee High speed There is a small problem that I heard may require a compulsory identity call after several days, but for me that did not happen

Amazing this app has everything I need. Bybit is the only exchange that allows full feature mobile trading. If it is giving you problems, it may be time for a new phone. Just sayin

Please optimize it. Evert time I switch to another app. When I come back to this app it is black. Some times Takes 10 minutes or I have to restart my phone to enter it

My God.... I regret Installing this app. I can't withdraw without Google authenticator and when I try to link it... A stupid green background shows up. There's nothing to match the puzzle with.

World's most worst app ever I have seen. I have downloaded the app for the first time in my phone. And refered my friend and i got 20$ in derivatives. I predicted and i gain 78$ but when I go to withdraw they said that i have broken their term and condition. But actually I didn't done anything. So i recommend to all (who thought to use the app) don't download this app. It will ban your account. Seriously don't download this app😭😭😭

I have been trying to pass the intelligent verification I cannot find the slot to match my piece, I don't know if it is my phone version or the app Bybit fix this issue

The UI is so good and The app is easy to understand but, I am currently facing delays in my Unrealized PNL on my Assets under Derevatives account. It's not showing the real time profit and it has a delay. Kindly fix the delay.

First impression: I've installed all apps of the 15 biggest platform, and ByBits app clearly is faster than all other. Much faster and smoother switching tabs, opening positions, etc. That's great! Also, they offer drawing on charts. Binance app is the only one offering that as well, but since they block futures in NL (and further in Europe), I need an alternative. The drawing is absolute a must for me, so for now I'm happy to have found this one.

Its not aa very good or very bad just this is normal platform for trading and others deposits and withdraws related.Bcz this platform is works very slowly most of the times.

My deposit is showing as successful and confirmed on app and browser respectively, yet both my spot and derivative balance are still zero. Customer Service couldn't help, I restarted device and re logged in a bunch of times. Frustrating that I can't use my own money when I need to.

The app glitched out so many times and now even more so it uses to open instantly but now takes 3 minutes to load... Not my phone or connection being the issue its the app... The app also didnt activate stop losses getting me liquidated several times or losing network and coming back online to find my position liquidated or orders i closed be reopened and lost... They never paid me back for losing over 8000 xrp on one trade they gave me 100 xrp back and said sorry... Theives Go use Mexc

Please fix the system, I've tried many times to make a withdrawal but it's always considered to be doing something suspicious, and I've done what I was asked to do to reactivate the account for withdrawal, but it always happens again and again. I am very disappointed with the performance of this exchange, please help me, I already made a deposit and can't make a withdrawal at all.

Problem loading app. My phone is note 10, running latest update. It takes at least 5 mins to load the app. Very annoying. Otherwise good exchange
