It was a very good app, had a very pleasant experience in the first few months since then it is becoming worse day by day. The partners cancel and we have to pay the penalty which is not our fault and also they ask for extra fare and show no receipt. I had the worst experience with their customer service, they never respond or solve any of my problems ask me to update my app when there is no update available

Doesn't send OTP over the texts to enable the app since my SIM number is ported. And no workaround method to make the app work either. WhatsApp / call method for bykea is hassle so can't opt for it regularly either. What a drawback! Give a email access code, or a password login instead! Update: contacted cs email, zero result. Poor services.

Overall a good app. But sometimes when the captain comes he is one another motorcycle than that with registration number showing on the app. It somehow creates confusion. Hope you can try to rectify the issue as it is important for security of both the captain and pessanger.

Only good for travel. Other service are incomplete and the chase shop adds additional charges after confirmation. No features available to cancel order or anything. Worst customer service ever. Bykea riders often complain about system malfunctioning and not charging properly. Get a hold of your self and focus on the current features before adding more.

I think it is one of the best app for ride and one of the worst app for delivery. I had used it 4 to 5 times only and every time there is a big problem in the software such as calling two rides or changing destination etc. I think it should be improved.

The amount paid should (entered by partner) be shown on the receipt and there should be be a confirmation option on customer side. This is the 3rd time the partner has entered a wrong amount and instead of the rest being walleted it's gone to the partner. And complaining has NOT helped. I get told "you should have checked what amount the partner entered". I cant do that if the mobile data signal is bad in the area and prevents the user from submitting amount.

1- Bykea drivers purposely reject request through the app and then start bargaining offline sometimes asking for double the money. This needs to stop soon. 2- booking a bike ride is such a hassle that sometimes app automatically closes. Other times, you can't find a ride even after trying for maybe an hour.

Rooted phones are now not allowed to use bykea? That's a really stupid update. Bykea has nothing to do with root and yet still it's blocking rooted phones. In comparison, Careem, Uber, Indriver work just fine on rooted phones. Really disappointed as I used to rely on bykea. Edit: I contacted customer support, it seems like there's nothing I can do. Such a shame as I used Bykea regularly. Will switch to other services.

Well few year back I used Bykea almost daily for my commute. But now it's just a app to get a green helmet and nothing else. Booked the ride today for just 2 KM travel and the biker started negotiating even though the amount was shown to be 60rs, at the end I walked the whole way. I don't know which companies gave seed funding to them. It's a complete waste of a app.

Almost every rider is getting private rides. They start the ride and then end it after 1 min. Sometimes they tell the customer sometimes they don't and charge their own desired fare. I had to pay many times even my wallet is debited as well but I didn't know because they'd ended it after 1,2 min. The reason they tell sometimes that company is charging them way too much commission. Please resolve this issue, this is really unacceptable.

Firstly the verification OPT CODE didnt arrive on the given time TWICE and when it did arrive, once you exit the app to copy the OTP code it goes back and we have to put in the number again. It just disabled my account before even opening it. Pathetic

Worst app i have ever used so poor management. I sent 2 deliveries COD through bykea. Both drivers fare was deducted from my bykea wallet and they did not add the deducted fare back to my wallet ,this is totally unfare. Reporting this issue via chat support no one is responding to my query . I called on there customer support 2 of there employee's cancelled my call . One of them registered my issue which is not still solved. Thank you bykea

The most pathetic chat support system for complaint. I am taking the matter to prime minister portal. I'd a ride yesterday in which rider dropped me off at my destination and when i asked him the charges then he said due to some gps issue i can not end your ride. And asked me to pay an amount which was 2x higher than the actual price. When i got back home then after switching my phone on i found at that he had cancelled it in the beginning and dropped me off anyways and took double fare.

I am a regular user. But everytime I struggle with the user journey to book a ride. This needs serious sessions with users to improve the customer journey of the app. Adding use cases without customer input makes it a complex app

It has been six months since I made a referall, I complained many times, Everytime they say complain will be resolved soon and end the chat, it has been half a year now. Neither I received 10% Chaseup Cashback yet. It has been three months to that now too. Worst customer service ever

Trip #LHRYU1TKUV55EMRPX, I send CASH amounting RS.21000/- to account dated 26/05/22. Didn't receive the amount in account yet. Furthermore no customer support, all the support numbers are unresponsive. They are very unprofessional. Hopefully will recover my cash from them but I won't be using Bykea anymore.
